“I always book with Love holidays and never have any issues. The only thing I would say is if you are booking quite far in advance be mindful that your flight times could change as sometimes the flights go on the site before they are officially confirmed which means sometimes the times of the flight change. Your holiday once you have booked is all managed on the app if you need to speak to someone I always find this as always been online only but never as it been an issue and I have been able to speak to someone promptly.”

“After a bad experience in terms of customer care with a rival company (Tui), we cancelled our original holiday and booked another one with loveholidays.com. I'm so glad we did, because it was great value for money and everything went well, from the amazing customer service when I lost my phone, to all the information the company gave us and the quality of the holiday experience we had overall. I would book with them again.”

“Normally very efficient and it’s great to be able to talk to a representative if things go wrong on a live chat. We have always booked our holidays through live holidays and have only had one issue with the airline they used to go to turkey. Never again would I ever fly with SunExpress airline. Rio off with online check in procedures. Paid twice for seats and online check in as there website for online check in didn’t work and got charged twice at the airport. Never again.”
