“Amazing experience throughout from searching, to paying and having good communication. Our self-catered Ionian Paradise apartment was exactly as advertised, nestled on a quiet road near to the main hub of the town, Nydri. We cannot fault the wonderful hospitality of Nataly. Thank you so much!”

“Very reasonably priced holiday but we had check in problems with the apartment and were left standing in the street late at night, with two children and luggage, in a foreign country. We eventually got access to our apartment but it was a very stressful start to our holiday. After booking we were told that check in for the apartment closed at 8pm but our flight didn't arrive until 9.40pm. When I raised this as a concern with loveholidays in advance we were initially told not to worry about it but I wasn't happy with that answer and so I pushed for loveholidays to contact the apartment manager. They told us they had done this but it clearly wasn't the case because we still ended up not being able to access the building when we arrived. Eventually we were sent a code for a key safe but we should really have been sent this before we left the UK so that we didn't have to stand outside late at night for ages. I don't understand why loveholidays is arranging package holidays where the flight times and hotel check-in are not aligned. In addition, there was no wifi so we spent a fortune on data roaming while away. The apartment was pleasant and was spotlessly clean but it was very small for a family of four so I wouldn't choose to stay there again.”

“I gave 7 because the website is easy to use and the prices were very competitive my hotel choice of the Titanic Golf Deluxe Belek was also good but the some aspects were not good 1. I paid for priority/Speedy boarding with my Easy Jet flight this was a waste of money and if I could I would request a refund we were not boarded everyone boarded at the same time it was a cattle market! 2. We booked private transfers but on arrival at Antalya Airport - there was no Private Transfer seen and no instructions provided as to how to find out Taxi or driver details instead in the 40 degree heat we had to walk around for 20 mins before we were directed to the Love Holidays Tour operator desk we saw a man who told us to wait another 15 mins whilst he was collecting his lunch and sitting down to eat we were still standing in the heat waiting for a Taxi after 15 mins he gave us a card that said Blue Holidays and told us to walk to the Rent Tent ( which was 5 mins walk away) with our luggage and holding the card no Taxi was ready and waiting we had to walk around in the car park area before a man saw the Blue Holidays card I was holding and told me we could go with him to a very old Car with no Air conditioning this was a very bad experience I did complain to the Love Holidays Tour Rep Issak whom we saw on our second day and he came just the one for time and spoke to us for 20 mins he said he would feed back about out transfer nightmare but he was more concerned with selling us tours and when I said we didn't want to do any tours he did not seem interested in any more and the return journey with Blue holidays was just as bad we were ready and waiting at the hotel reception at 4pm and Issak told us the taxi would be there at 4pm the Taxi did not turn up until 6:15 for our 8:55 return flight Issak was no help and it was only after i got the number for the Blue Holidays team off the website and messaged them several times threatening to get my own taxi and charge Love Holidays that a Driver turned up and even then he did not come to the reception desk I just happened to see him walking in and out of the reception area aimlessly he did not call my name or ask at reception for me I just decided to run out to his car and ask him if he was from Blue holidays for an Airport transfer and he said yes if I didnt do that he was about to drive away without even calling my name or identifying himself this is atrocious service for Private Transfers that I paid for both ways and I believe Love Holidays should provide a full refund for this and the Easy Jet Priority boarding which were both rubbish!”

“Lots of holidays to compare and find your right fit! They communicate very well if you have any problems or questions! They suggested things to do or places to see in the city we visited and it was so easy to keep track of how much was left to pay in the holiday ect.”
