“The way in which you organised and arranged my transfer from the Airport to the Hotel, and from the Hotel to the Airport, was very professonal, and made me happy. Also, your given directions of the area and the points of where to find the transfer company after arriving at the Airport, were very clear and professonal. I like and appreciate even the way in which Loveholidays advise and prepare travelers what documents to prepare in advance, before travelling. You are a very professonal company. Again, some of your Customer Agents are willing to help and assist your Customers with the booking. It was only once, last year whereby I telephonically met one of your Customer Agents, who was rude to me when I asked her to assist me by giving me directions and instructions on how to go about to book. She told me straight away that it is not her job to give customers directions of how to book. At the time and by then; it was my first time Signed-In to Loveholidays, as I was used to Booking.Com. I did feel very disappointed. I then had to go back to Booking.Com, and book my holiday to Rome. At least, I now understand your system, I book for myself independently.”

“This is my 3rd holiday now booked through love holiday, from the booking to going and back everything went smoothly, flight going was a bit delayed but other than that everything went perfect. Love booking through loveholiday as you have your flights transfer and hotel all in one it just makes it so easy and less stressful.”

“We use loveholidays for almost all our holidays. Easy to book &very easy website to navigate. As for the holiday we loved every minute of it. We traveled as a group of 4 myself & son 17; my niece & her daughter 15. The resort was exceptional with activities for all 4 of us”

“hotel was very disappointed broken tiles on balconie that cut my sons foot black silicone in bath room lifts are a waste of time. small rooms ok for groups of lads but defo not family hotel the food was not 4 star. the line for breakfast lunch and dinner is heart breaking due to single food st bar staff couldn't rise a smile for nothing. the reception staff how ever was polite helpfull always smiling unlike the rest of the staff. high rise heaven views of nothing smell of sick walking down the Rd and having to carry around silly tokens for your drinks served in plastic”
