“Enjoyed the holiday, the hotel food room was excellent, the transfer from airport to hotel is tacky cant communicate properly, the timing of the transfer was not efficient very tight. To catch the plane had to rush to much.”

“The weather was too hot temperature was in its 40s but it was amazing. The we had connecting rooms which was plus but the rooms were dated and could do with better air con. Great kids club and evening entertainment. Plenty of loungers on the beach and around the pool. Great variety and flavourful foods, even fussy eaters can find something to eat. Lovely staff. Would not recommend the spa/hammam. I was expecting it to be like the ones ive had in Turkey where they take their time scrub lather you in bubbles. This was an express 2 mins scrub and wash down before a massage in a freezing room and didnt not even cover me in fresh towel had to keep my wet towel on from the scrub only when I asked did they put a dry towel to cover me.”

“Loveholidays made my holiday experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. The booking process was simple, the app and email updates kept me informed throughout, and both the arrival and return transfers were excellent. The return transfer was especially well organised, with the pick-up time sent in advance and the driver arriving exactly on time. Everything ran smoothly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my holiday with complete peace of mind. I would definitely book with Loveholidays again.”

“I used Love holidays second time and generally the customer service is good quality and everything is streamlined when going all inclusive. The agent did not follow up on one crucial request so one star dropped. The hotel were hospitable and went out of their way to resolve the request.”
