“The hotel was okay but not a true 4-star experience, offering great pool facilities and friendly staff but let down by dated rooms, limited kids' food, and pushy sales tactics. The Positives: Pool & Slides: The swimming pool and water slides were very good and highly enjoyable. Cocktails: Paid for ones very good 👍 All inclusive not bad too. Beach ⛱️ Great staff and service and free sunbeds (don't forget your towel! None down there so remember to take hotel pool one) Best to go after 4pm when not so hot and busy and gorgeous to watch the sunset. Use the bridge to get over rocks and have a lovely swim in sea too! Volley ball also great fun and bar will give you the ball to use. Kids loved it. Hotel Staff: Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Spa Quality: The spa facilities themselves and therapists were good. Return Driver: The return transfer driver was lovely and appreciated a £5 tip. Booking Agency: The booking process with Love Holidays was great, and I would use them again. Hotel: View from room lovely on 7th floor and beds comfortable. The Negatives Dated Rooms: Rooms badly need an update; fixtures were loose, worn, and stained. Bathroom Condition: Both the bath and the toilet seats were old and stained. Inadequate Seating: Not enough dining chairs for groups of 5 or 6 people at a table. Limited Kids' Food: The food was only okay, with very few options available for children. Breakfast Setup: Missing a proper toaster (only had a toastie maker some days) and butter was rarely out. Buffet Logistics: No cutlery outside consistently, and plates were placed after the outdoor pizza hot plate. Scare Tactics: Spa staff and holiday reps used aggressive fear-mongering about health and safety to sell sessions and excursions. Rude Arrival Driver: The Blue Holidays arrival driver rudely complained about a £5 tip because the previous guest gave £10. Hotel: Had to move rooms as booked 'adjoining family rooms' but were put in two rooms on seperate floors first night, this ate into nearly a day of our holiday sorting it out (staff were very good and helpful though to sort) but another family had same experience so feel this is probably an over booking issue but not a nice experience when you are tired from travelling. Not enough lifts only two small ones which fit 4 people in so often had to walk to 7th floor which was very tiring! Beach: Walk to the beach a bit haphazard though and crossing the roads scary as you cannot see the Zebra crossing lines anymore and cars only stop if you are literally on the road, often get honked at my scooters who don't stop or just use the path instead, so be wary, especially with small children when getting to the beach, worth it once there though ♥️”

“The hotel should be a 4 star as it was very clean loads of food choice slides was brilliant near the beach and not far from airport. The only downside was manager wouldn't let us book a table for 16 of us for tea for my 60th birthday. Other than that the hotel was brilliant.”

“We loved our holiday. Love holidays made things really easy with the app and payment being automatically taken. Loved our hotel. Felt much more that a 3 star. Clean, modern, appealing to the eye. Very comfortable bed which was huge, air con made it easy to sleep. Only down side is as the congregation of homeless people right outside the hotel. We didn’t feel safe walking around in the dark.”
