“What an incredible holiday from start to finish! The Art Hotel Gran Paradiso was absolutely stunning and even better than we expected. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service throughout was fantastic. Sorrento is beautiful, and we loved every place we visited, including Amalfi and Positano. The boat trips were a real highlight, and all our transfers ran perfectly. The only downside was the Jet2 delays, but this was completely outside Loveholidays’ control. From booking the holiday to arriving back home, everything was brilliant. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories. We would definitely book with Loveholidays again!”

“Hotel Review Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. On our first night, we arrived at around 9:00 p.m., after dinner service had ended. Although we explained that we had missed dinner because of our late arrival, nobody offered us even a snack or a sandwich. We had to go into the city centre just to find something to eat. We were also told that the bed sheets and towels would be changed every three days. However, this did not happen. I had to contact reception to request fresh towels, and even then, they were not provided the following day. Eventually, after complaining, we were given blue pool towels instead of proper white bath towels. We stayed at the hotel for seven days and had to use the same white towels for three days and then old blue pool towels for the remaining days. We also had problems with the bathroom. The shower was not working properly, including the small hand-held shower, which made using the bathroom very inconvenient. The quality of the food was also disappointing, especially breakfast, which had very little variety and did not meet our expectations. I would like to mention that the hotel manager was friendly and approachable, and he spent time with our group on some evenings. We appreciated his friendliness and presence. However, despite this, the overall hotel experience did not meet our expectations. Overall, the level of service, housekeeping, food quality and facilities was below what we expected, and there is significant room for improvement.”

“We had such a wonderful experience booking our Cape Verde holiday through loveholidays. Everything was straightforward from booking to travelling, and the whole trip was well organised. Cape Verde was absolutely beautiful stunning beaches, lovely weather, great food and such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely consider booking another holiday with loveholidays in the future. Highly recommended!”

“My holiday booking with Loveholiday was good value for money. 3 hours flight to Sousse, Tunisia. The hotel choice unknowingly was a best choose. It was right at the beach. The beach is clean every day. I had a swim in the Mediterranean Sea throughout my stay. It was quite shallow with less wave to the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is clean and the food provided were quite tastefully prepared. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the best holiday I have ever had. Well done Loveholiday. However, Loveholiday has to up their game especially on transfer. It took us almost 1 hour to leave the airport because the bus driver was waiting for other passengers from other airline”

“Loveholidays made myself and my partners holiday super simple, we had no issues at all with our booking, our hotel was better than expected, our rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday, loveholidays kept us updated on every step of our trip including the countdown in the loveholidays app which gave us more excitement leading up to it, we also had to option to pay in full or by instalments which suited us, loveholidays gave us the option to upgrade our room and select flights that were most suitable for us. I would highly recommend loveholidays for booking your next trip! We already have our next trip booked with loveholidays and will not be using another booking alternative again we will definitely be returning to loveholidays.”

“Love holidays is good but beware of checking the hotel out separately on other sites before booking, I booked a 3 star in turkey and it was awful, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any English speakers as only 1 member of staff spoke English and even they told us the hotel was not 3 stars it was in fact 0 stars. There was damage everywhere, some was dangerous, the all inclusive wasn't all inclusive, having to pay extra for certain spirits and if you wanted cocktails or anything like that. Food was the same thing everyday, all kid friendly options were either cold or coated in yoghurt. This isn't love holidays fault its the hotel itself but it wasn't great.”

“The hotel wasn’t as described but the location was good. Some staff were very friendly however some rude and on checkout a man at reception accused me of owing money for requesting a ground floor room which was a fabricated story and said I owe tourist tax this was paid on arrival as standard practice. Very odd interaction and not the best goodbye. The rooms were outdated and spend the week with an upset stomach couldn’t eat the food at the hotel.”
