“No issues but hit the wrong hotel, soon realised and tried to change it. Now i'm quite happy to pay the difference and the cancellation fee of £25 but that isn't what happened. On top of the £25 fi they charged me an additional £35 even though the hotel was cheaper for the same dates than the one I booked in error. But the real cracker is an additional £50 for the shuttle to be changed even though it is only 300 metres away. I recognise it was my error and am happy to pay the difference but not be screwed over. After a long online conversation in which a whole host of issues about dynamic live pricing were raised ton try and cause confusion, the reality is that they will try to get more money out of you once you have booked because, basically, they have you by the scrotum. What's really sad is that I was saying to the missus that it seemed like a decent deal and company to deal with. That has been very swiftly revised be very aware that there "change policy" is significantly more than £25. Update I have now been referred to the amendments team. I will add the outcome when known.”

“First time using loveholidays. Everything was very easy and straightforward being under one booking. Flights and transfers all went to plan. Updates and email notifications were relevant and timely. Hotel and destination were lovely but being a brand new hotel that only opened on 6th July we had some snagging / technical issues with the apartment which unfortunately some were not easily fixed and limited the use of the kitchen. Despite this I would use loveholidays again.”
