“I had a wonderful experience with loveholidays. Although we booked last minute, we found an all inclusive cheap deal at a 4 star hotel in spain. By just putting our information while booking : our flights, hotel and shuttle between the airport and the hotel were booked. The whole process was so smooth and clear. When we arrived at the hotel we were glad to see that the pictures ressemble the hotel, and the food was great. The hotel was at a great location , 5 minutes away from the beach ( the presidente hotel in benidorm!)”

“Booming and communication was all smooth and fine. We left a phone on the arrival transfer bus, and despite reporting it within minutes, the transfer company was pretty useless and consistently told us they had no updates for us when we called every day, and despite contacting loveholidays via online chat, they never replied. We eventually managed to get the phone back thanks to a very helpful bus driver on our return airport transfer, which involved a mad dash to the bus depot on the way to the airport.”
