“I’ve generally had a good experience with loveholidays. Their website is easy to use, and booking holidays is simple. However, on my latest booking, I was disappointed with the customer service. I was only informed about an extra charge for a child booster seat shortly before our flight, even though the transfer had already been booked for 2 adults and 1 child. I queried the charge but didn’t receive a reply until six days into our holiday, after our arrival transfer had already been completed. By then, the response wasn’t helpful, and the situation felt unfair.”

“I strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When a serious issue occurred with my booking, despite the problem being caused by the company, they refused to provide a refund or take responsibility for their mistake. What was even more concerning was the inaccurate and misleading information they provided throughout the process. In my case, I was given ticket details that turned out to be invalid, causing major disruption and putting my entire holiday at risk. Instead of offering clear communication or a solution, they continued to provide misinformation, which only made the situation far more stressful. The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. Rather than helping customers resolve problems, their customer service was rude, dismissive, and showed very little willingness to assist. Dealing with them caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, especially when trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value reliable service, honest communication, and support when something goes wrong, I would strongly suggest booking with a different provider.”

“The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you’ll definitely need a car if you’re staying there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the nearest town, which is about 15 minutes away. Because of the location, it’s not really possible to go out for drinks or dinner in the evenings without arranging transport. The evening entertainment was very disappointing and felt more like a children’s show on a cruise ship. The daytime entertainment around the pool was much better and far more enjoyable. The all-inclusive drinks offered a good selection, and there were plenty of options available. The food was what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort, with food available throughout the day. There was a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, and most of it was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not particularly helpful. We asked about boat trips and whether the hotel offered shuttle services, but were told that we would need a car because all excursions were around two hours away, and that the only thing we could do was visit the nearby town by taxi. However, we later discovered that there is actually a stand inside the hotel offering catamaran and dolphin cruises, including shuttle transport to and from the hotel. We found this ourselves and booked without any help from reception, which was frustrating. On a much more positive note, the cleaning staff, entertainment team, bar staff, and restaurant staff were all fantastic. They worked incredibly hard throughout our stay, were always friendly, and really helped make our holiday enjoyable. Their efforts were greatly appreciated.”
