“Fantastic experience with Loveholidays, MTS Globe, and representative Ramazan! ​We recently had a wonderful holiday arranged through Loveholidays, and overall, everything from the booking process to our hotel accommodation was excellent. The hotel provided fantastic service, great facilities, and a comfortable stay throughout our time in Antalya. ​A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ramazan Yüksel, our local MTS Globe representative working in partnership with Loveholidays. Ramazan was exceptional in helping us book our local excursions, communication was seamless, and he was extremely flexible whenever any schedule changes were needed. ​During one of our trips, we encountered an unexpected issue on-site due to an individual guide. However, as soon as we contacted Ramazan, he stepped in immediately. He sorted out the problem remarkably fast, professionally, and entirely in our best interest. ​The seamless collaboration between Loveholidays and MTS Globe—and specifically having dedicated, customer-focused local representatives like Ramazan—made our trip stress-free and truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Loveholidays and MTS, and we would not hesitate to book with them again!”

“everything is very organized and it just has an impact on the hotel, at the first complaint the team worked very clearly. the only thing I didn't really understand how the chat bot works. it seems like it doesn't work very confidently online”
