“Holiday overall was good, rooms only get cleaned once a week we were there for 7 days and didnt even have the towels changed, pool is ok but no sunbeds you need to put a towel down on muddy grass, we arrived late and our transfer dropped us off at villa del mar and we had to walk to find this hotel then when we arrived it was locked so we rang the bell and he said you can't come in till its morning we were stood outside with 2 kids and cases they didnt fully understand that we needed to check in after about 15 minutes a man came and opened the door, apart from that carry on we enjoyed our holiday, lovely view rooms were clean when we arrived”

“The best holiday I have had in years, everything was amazing airline, hotel, transfer and the payment plan. The hotel was exceptional and was above expectations, I can highly recommend it, for location, entertainment, staff and the food was the best I have had in an all inclusive resort.”
