Shocking customer service. Letting people down when they are needed to most. If this company goes bankrupt they deserve it. No phone service just chat online where you can not connect with anyone. Quick at taking your money but not giving it back. Avoid at all costs. There is nothing positive to say about this company.

Probably THE worst company I’ve ever come across. Liars, cheats, thieves. No better than those tarmac dealers who steal old ladies money you see on watchdog. No communication and it looks as though I’m now £5k down. Due to fly in 13 days. Absolute disgrace. PLEASE people do not fall into their cheap trap!

HATEHOLIDAYS Unbelievable. The reason why I have headlined this review HATEHOLIDAYS is that they are content in letting individuals, families, groups, teams etc go to another country not knowing they will be stranded. This is what enemies do, Absolutely wicked. We, as a family, have booked numerous times with HATEHOLIDAYS and has always been as expected. However, as a family we were due to go to Turkey this coming Tuesday. Due to the extreme amount of customers experiences on various sites we decided to do our due diligence and contact HL. They confirmed that our holiday is ready to go and there is no problem. We then contacted the hotel only to be informed that they are closed. HL is totally aware of peoples situations as it is all over review sites, but are still happy to post false reviews and continue to advertise future holidays. There seems to be a big contrast in reviews as people have said it is quick and easy to book, of course, it is when they are taking your money with no regard for your wellbeing. To add to this, speaking to our insurers, they acknowledged that HL has and continue to show their customers no courtesy whatsoever. This is a very serious warning to potential holidaymakers, read peoples experiences before booking so you can make an informed decision. I can understand if things change due to the current climate, what is totally unforgivable and pathetic is HL are willing to let people go and become stranded. Very funny how they can write fake reviews but cannot reply to desperate holidaymakers. Nevermind trying to contact HL, more luck contacting aliens.

We were due to fly to turkey on 2nd August. I contacted the hotel myself to make sure everything was ok, got told hotel is closed this year. L.H have refunded accomodation (after many hrs/days trying to get through to live chat. They refuse to refund easyJet flights as flight is still scheduled. easyJet say it's not their responsibility. But.... It's a PACKAGE holiday and L.H claim they refund the entire package if ANY part of it is cancelled. 11 of us including 4 kids and flight costs were over 5k! Disgusting behaviour, appalling and rude customer service, deplorable company. Will NEVER use them again. BE WARNED!!!!

have tried for 6 weeks to contact them in that time i have had one e.mail saying they will contact me within 3 days now 10 days later nothing TOTAL WASTE OF TIME on my way now to the bank to get them to clawback my money as i paid on credit card

Loveholidays kept me updated and returned the full refund of my holiday within a very reasonable timeframe. I have found them easy to deal with but hard to contact. However these are unusual times and adjustments have had to b made by all. The current situation has had a huge impact on business etc.

we gave love holidays £600 for 5 nights in krakow from 16th-21st july,our flight was cancelled by easy jet,so i emailed them numerous times,,no reply,tried to phone,no one available,don`t know what else to do now,except take them to the small claims court for our refund,will never book with love holidays again,opened a complaint on gov website for them to investigate

Loveholidays has taken my money for a holiday and on the same day said that the booking wasn't confirmed. Now I can't get through to speak to anyone about it. I was waiting on the phone for an hour and then hung up on. Very very frustrating!

With no means of contacting love holidays, our flight was cancelled by the airline on July 2nd. Our holiday cannot happen without a flight but still no contact from them until today (27th) when we are informed they will be taking the final payment of another £900. Total crooks with no decency to be honest. We shall never book with them again and have no sympathy when the company collapses. Just what they deserve.

I had a holiday cancelled on 17/3/2020 and was told that I would be refunded it is now 27/7/2020 and still no refund despite them contacting me on 17/7/2020 to apologise and tell me that my refund had been overlooked for 4 months and they would be refunding it straight away. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. this is not the way to treat people and cause them so much stress and anxiety. SHAME ON YOU LOVE HOLIDAYS. ....

Booked a few holidays with this company and to be honest i had no problems at all, but now trying to get through to them is impossible..no phone lines, their live chat is a joke, 500 place in the queue for 5 hours then cut off.. come on " LOVE HOLIDAYS " sort it out

I have been trying to contact loveholidays for several weeks, my flight has been cancelled and airline have refunded my fares, trying to cancel hotel and my deposit returned, I actually got onto live chat, luckily I was sitting down at the time!! Unfortunately after 4 hours waiting there are still over 500 people in front of me in the queue, this just keeps getting refreshed with the same message! Sill Iget through before closing, call me a sceptic but I think not, what else can you do the service is abysmal, wouldn't use them again.

I wish I could put 0 star for this review. Love Holidays has been the most unhelpful company ever. We are due to fly to Greece in two weeks time and via a review in a travel forum we noticed that the hotel is not open for the summer. Love Holidays have not communicated this to us nor have they picked up or answered any of the E Mail, Messages, Telephones call that we are trying to get in touch with them. I just cant believe the service provided by this company and such a company actuall exisits that have such bad communication with their Cistomer. i dont know they actually care for their reputation or to maintain Goodwill. Anyway I have been making note of all the communication and details that we have made trying to get in touch with Love Holiday. This kind of Customer service is not acceptable and we will take it further with the complaint against this company.

I have booked several holidays with this company and have had a super experience each time. I had a holiday booked for April which for obvious reasons was cancelled, I have received a full refund from them as promised. Don't be too quick to give bad feedback people, they are under immense pressure and short staffed, you will be looked after.

Holiday booked for 8th August 2020. Tried to get in touch with Love Holidays to change date. Got no response. Then i checked my hotel is open and its not. Eventually got through to to them on live chat 3 weeks ago and they denied its shut despite me having an email confirmation from the hotel. Said they would be in touch to sort but nothing yet. Still been trying to get hold of them on live chat but to no avail. I understand they are busy but this is just ridiculous!!!!

They are impossible to contact, my return flight has been cancelled and I haven't heard from them about organising an alternative. A refund from Norwegian Air has been sent to them but they haven't passed it on to me. I've left several messages for them for over a month; none of which have been replied to. I've paid my deposit and they've unsuccessfully tried to take the remaining balance twice stating that they will be in contact (I've cancelled the credit card) still waiting to hear from them.......
