“I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing friendly family atmosphere and attention to detail. The rooms were set up perfectly with every amenity you would require and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great gym, pool, dining facilities, daytime and evening entertainment including set times for inflatables, aqua gym, pool basket ball and the mat challenge enjoyed by both young and old. Bingo, craft sessions etc were also options. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. The location was fantastic for shops, restaurants, beach all really close. I will be booking to go again!”

“I usually book holidays myself with separate flights, accommodation etc. but for this year I couldn’t afford to pay flights upfront and needed an option with monthly payments. After looking online I found love holidays to have a great selection of deals with good value for money. After booking with them I done more research and realised the accommodation wasn’t best suited to us as it was quite remote. I found another place online at a higher price. I phoned love holidays to ask if I could change. It was easy to get through on the phone and the person on the phone was really helpful and changed the accommodation at a cheaper rate than I had found. Everything ran smoothly throughout. Affordable monthly payments, great communication and reliable transfers. Would 100% use love holidays again.”

“Feel that in some respects mis-sold the experience especially in respect of transfer costs to hotel and local fees (they are per person not in total). If you are flying to Milan you don't need to pay for their recommended transfer option - it is far too high a cost and taxis are available at the airport that have a flat fee. Cost of transfer fee with Love holidays was £322 in total -flat fee by Taxi including return is £216. Because of the new passport control system with biometrics we were delayed for more than an hour at the airport in Milan and missed our transfer through no fault of our own but still the fee is non-refundable. So we had to pay for a private taxi (which was a lot less than the transfer fee each way advertised by LoveHolidays but still meant an additional cost of £108 for us. Also when you receive the booking confirmation they state the local fee is approx £6.50 per day (4 days = £25.88) - but they do not state that this is the fee per person so be mindful of additional costs if more than one person travelling as not shown on booking confirmation. I fully understand that love Holidays needs to make money but feel at the same time there should be more transparency re: options/costs etc. It means that in effect we paid an extra £133.88 in unforeseen costs. I will in future sort my own flights, accommodation and transport out as I am not convinced the argument of convenience is applicable where loveHolidays is concerned nor are the costs (unforeseen and otherwise) justifiable.”
