“Loveholidays made me happy by making our dream holiday to Lanzarote so easy and affordable to book. From start to finish, everything was simple and stress-free, which meant we could just look forward to our holiday instead of worrying about the planning. Our trip to Lanzarote gave my partner and me memories we’ll never forget. We fell in love with the island—the sunshine, stunning scenery, beautiful beaches, and the laid-back way of life. It was one of those holidays you never want to end, and I honestly could have stayed there forever. That trip has inspired us to visit every Canary Island, and there’s no doubt we’ll be booking with Loveholidays again. “We booked our holiday to Egypt 5 months before and we had great communication throughout. The app is easy to use and navigate all information needed. Very straight forward. We have used love holidays numerous times and have never had any issues. Would 100% recommend.”

“Booking made on the phone with agent. The agent wrote wrong date of birth. I was repeated her many times. My intentions told me to call next day and make sure all details are correct and what's interesting agent on phone after i have repeated said all correct. I noticed on check in to flight that still my child's date of birth written wrong, I called Love holidays and said to correct it because their agent on phone still wrote wrong details, LH said they cannot correct because its less than 5 days to flight. They should have correct it because after i checked with love holidays customer service they still wrote wrong date of birth. I called airline and corrected myself, what if airline would say your agent must do it? Not anymore booking with LH. They even didn't say sorry and not given compensation because of them i would have denied flight. First time I booked with LH and its last time. Customer service very bad.”
