No cash refund of holiday cancelled in March Only Credit note issued for holiday minus plane flight. Plane flight paid by Love Holidays. They said when they get refund from Ryanair they will pass to me. This has not happened. Got holiday in June with Love Holidays Ryanair have sent E Mail saying flight cancelled but Love Holidays MY Booking has no mention of it and the holiday has not been cancelled.

Absolutely appalling customer service,Wish we had never booked with this company,Waited 30 minutes to speak to an agent to then be disconnected because they couldn’t answer my questions......Never again!!

dont booked with love holidays terrible service . promice refund within 14 days 2 months later still no refund never answer to your messages. go live chat to be fobbed of every time. and get disconnect you .. tell you your not geting refund until you apply for your flights back from the company thay booked them with i paid you love holidays you booked my hotel flights extra why should i have to claim flights back to you some package deal. lie and say we are just agents if so why are you advertising as loveholidays why just pay back nhs police milltary .. this is discrimotary we should all be treated the same... . i advise do not booked with lovehoilday the agent. o and on many sites it seems thay writeing there own reviews saying how good thay are and have a person called millie whom seem to be always backing them up. beaware thats all i can say

Well can't get in touch with them either by phone or by live chat I suspect that they will cease trading shortly goodbye to refunds 😞

Look at this post I have just made I am having a terrible time with Love Holidays. I was due to go out to Spain last Weds for 11 nights. Ryanair gave me the option of changing flights up to the 31st Aug. I changed it to the 30th August and paid a few more pounds and they then recharged me another £50 baggage fee I'd paid one for the original dates. I then told Love Holidays of the change of flight. They came back saying the hotel was unavailable for the new dates and to find another hotel. I did different resort and slightly cheaper. Changed the transfers and I thought that was that. Last Sunday I discovered they'd changed the hotel to the same dates as before ie 13 May. I have never heard anything from them that it is closed nothing. I then realised my atol cert was still in the original hotel and flights.... so I queried it and was told it was another 478 for the new date. I questioned if that was after the £146 they owed me never got any reply until today when apparently its now £506 to change it and still no mention of what they owe me. I have now pressed to cancel the whole holiday but I don't think they'll refund it. They are the absolute worst I've ever come across.

Love Holidays do not refund cancelled holidays according to ABTA rules. Their communication is very poor with no telephone contact and a useless chat line. Their licence to operate should be removed by ABTA, ATOL etc.

I have exactly same problem as the previous customer Amanda... I tried many time to get in contact with them and no answer. They took money out from my bank account for the holiday in September. My last payment is last of August for about 1800 E. Not sure what's gonna happen? :( :( :( Very annoying

Still waiting for our airline refund which they booked and took our money. Now they say the airline is nothing to do with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Do not book with Loveholidays, they have been awful in the Covid-19 crisis, not being able to contact us and still taking full payments for holidays that are not going ahead

Paid 2000 for a holiday which has been cancelled due to covid 19. said if we want our refund we have to wait 3 month just for a refund. how can they do this to us and get away with it. we need the money more then anything right now and have been completely ripped off. i have saved for the last 6 years for this holiday, said they will be in touch 2 weeks prior to holiday and we have 2 days before we were flying out. very quick to take our money but want us to wait 12 weeks for a refund!

My holiday has been canceled and not a thing off love holiday only thing i have had is dont forget to pay holiday off i did 3 weeks ago and still not recived a word after that tryes to phonw now there is no phone calls all live chat so tryes live chat and thats not working this is my 4th time booking with this company but never again this is a disgrace when they no thing are hard i have lost my job and findi g things hard when loveholiday have nearly £3300 of my money in there bank when it should be in my account this is a disgrace and the goverment need to step in here

Our holiday was cancelled due to Covid19, I called them and they told me they were refunding me in 28 days. And that's not happened. Now they don't respond to emails or phone and they are not giving us back our money. Total scam.

Amazing service from all the staff working behind the scenes to help every person booked. Think a few people need to remember that holiday reps etc are front line workers too. Myself and my grandmother are due to go to Egypt in September and I reached out to love holidays on numerous occasions about rescheduling until next year and each time they were amazing in responding in advising us what to do in order to prevent us having to spend more money. I’ve regretfully had family members pass away from covid19 and my grandmother is vulnerable. I made them aware of this and they’re constantly reassuring me that the minute flights come available for my date of choice next year that they will be more than happy to accommodate us. Amazing work from all the guys at love holidays, their patience and work ethic should be commended. Granted not all customers are happy with the outcome of their own situations however every company experiences issues during this time and unfortunately you can’t please everyone. Thank you loveholidays for the work you are all doing.

Would highly recommend to NEVER book with them ..they made their customers that booked through them during Covid 19 lives so difficult ..they promised and promised that they would make contact closer to our holiday and never did ..and looking through the messages from hundreds even into thousands it was a common thread ..but once you admit defeat and accept the voucher though your manage you booking .presto they made contact and gave the voucher number ..go figure ..they made sure you never made contact with them as the closed pretty much any access on there website and delete any phone number that was there in the past..they used the same excuse that they were inundated with calls and were processing them with limited amount of staff lol ..but had time to update there Facebook account about booking holidays through them for next year ??? STAY WELL CLEAR OF LOVEHOLIDAYS !

By late March, again after contacting Love Holidays myself, I was told to wait 28 days to receive my refund and still nothing. I was due to fly out very early May and still nothing, despite them claiming they are prioritising by date of departure. No update, nothing. You just receive generic responses from the live chat with no deadlines given. This was my first and last time booking a holiday with Love Holidays. I can only hope my own, and that of many others, actual experiences deter anyone from booking with Love Holidays, or any other alias they reform under, when all this eventually blows over. How a company acts within a crisis says a lot about them and Love Holidays' total disregard for its customers is truly shocking.

I cancelled a refundable rate end of March. They take 30 Euro cancellation fee , fine, but till then more than 6 weeks ago I did not receive any money back. This is regarding all my travels the WORST EXPERIENCE ever. NEVER book with this company.

Customer service - The staff are great for updating you but never the update you want, so customer service on the company side complete rubbish. Price I was really Happy with. Delivery of returns and refunds - Complete and utterly useless. I requested a refund the day after i was due to fly only to be offered a re-schedule or credit note on the hotel (neither of these options was any good to me as this was not a holiday it was for my daughters wedding). I am still awaiting to hear on the flight. Lov Holidays you need to step up your game if you want customers to return to use your service or carry on doing what your doing if you wish the company to fold.
