“I was very happy with the service provided by the tour operator! Everything was arranged within minutes — the trip booking, travel insurance, and hotel selection. The whole process was quick, professional, and completely hassle-free. The choice of Hotiday Venezia Cannaregio was excellent — a small, very clean hotel in a perfect location, close to the train station, water transport, cafés, and restaurants. My trip to Venice was wonderful thanks to the excellent organization. I would definitely use this tour operator again and highly recommend their services!”

“Excellent trip with love holidays on this occasion, everything from booking to the actual trip. We did however have a bad experience previously where the return transfer to the airport didn't show up..”

“Booking, payment and communication were simple and smooth. Our only gripe is that we paid for a child seat for our infant for both trips and it was not there for the return 2 hour transfer to the airport. Considering it was paid for, this really added a dampener to the whole experience.”
