“Disgusting company!!! They are not helping at all ,when trying to contact them about my holiday all I got was rude and unhelpful agents that just sent me links to cancel my holiday and I would have to pay cancellation charges. Iv just lost £1400 and they still want me to give them more money 😡😡😡😡 I will never use this company again”

“All travel to European counties are restricted so I could no longer go to My Germany hotel and they told me this and then I asked for a refund and they keep enforcing a voucher on me which is the only option they’re offering people. Explaining that this is in everyone’s best interest? I have no money Due to this whole situation and as I’m no longer going I need that money to survive to pay for food Etc they’re just protecting themselves and do not care about their customers. Please never book with these in the future they may be cheaper but you stand to lose a lot of your money if something like this happens.”

“Tried to get a refund for my holiday that was cancelled due to coronavirus. i was fobbed off every time i contacted them. They REFUSED (i have screen shots to prove this)to issue a refund saying that it is not possible and they will be reorganising my holiday . Problem with that as i told them 5 times on the last web chat was that it was my honeymoon i cant rearrange my wedding so i cannot rearrange my holiday. Reported to trading standard and ABTA as they are not following there own terms and conditions on there own website. Paragraph 10 and paragraph 14.”

“any one know the address of love holidays and if its open ………. I cant get them at all, hotel closed down after 3 out of 10 days holiday, air port was closing in 24 hours and nothing from them , we followed advice from fello brits staying at hotel, got to airport and was stranded 26 hours for a flight that got us to Manchester ( not original destination ) and they demanded £750 from us to get on plane as it wasent our original one, so paid for 2 flights coming home, and got 3 days out of 10 holiday. I want my £3,679 back, even if I protest outside your offices or place you work from, please if anyone knows address put it up.”

“Cancelled my hotel before I arrived without telling me to save giving the money to the hotel and now won't refund me. I've paid twice for the hotel as had no choice. Now no phone or online chat to talk to them. Avoid this company.”

“Promised to call two days before my departure. Nothing. Lines down or disconnected. Livechat link did not work. But still taking bookings on their website. Only an agent you have NO protection. Do not use.”

“Appalling company should have checked reviews before parting with £800 treatment exactly as other reviews Clearly set up to con people as Hotel (who advised me not to travel) received no money from Love Holidays DO NOT USE LOVE HOLIDAYS”

“Whilst on holiday in Egypt the government gave notice that the airport would be shutting down. I received a text stating I should contact my airline or make my own way home. That was the extent of my contact with love holidays. No reps in resort, no follow up information, no help, no answer on the phone, no answer to my email. I get that these are unprecedented times but the people in my resort who booked with TUI were well looked after and had the correct information. In case anybody at love holidays actually cares.. yes I managed to get home, a week earlier than expected and with no help from you. Thanks an absolute bunch.”

“I was due to travel to Dubai on Thursday and due to government lockdown on travel love holidays wrote to me and said to do nothing and i would receive an sms message re the cancelation ...despite several attempts to contact them again ive heard nothing ..i will be contacting my insurance company now regarding my refund.. .shocking ...they should be closed down”

“I was due to go to Spain last Sunday when government recommended against travelling. Tried to contact Love Holidays for 3 days. Live chat wasn’t working and phone was going dead. Eventually got through after 1hour and 20 minutes on hold. I was told they would TRY to get my hotel and transfer money back and I would have to contact Ryanair myself about flight. WHY SINCE LOVE HOLIDAYS BOOKED IT ALL. Needless to say I can’t get in touch with Ryanair. I will never book with Love Holidays or Ryanair again”

“Scam company, they cancel your booking and then refuse to refund, luckily I paid by credit card so the bank will retrieve the money- BUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hope they go bankrupt.”

“I called the office to ask about my holiday the customer service rep said holiday cancelled please allow me to put you to the relevant department, after spending two and a half hours on the phone with relevant department who confirmed again they had cancelled, was then told that they did not know if I would get a refund or a voucher for later in the year and was told that I would have to contact the air line myself what is the point of using a ATOL travel company would have better taking my chance with the other sharks out there”

“Please do not use this company Tried to contact them as FCO advice was not to travel. Eventually got intermittent online chat. Said they would contact me No further contact. Decided to contact the hotel said booking had been cancelled!! Still no refund or info from Love Holidays!! AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!!”

“After canceling my hotel in Las Vegas the cancellation fee was the full payment of my stay. My refund was zero dollars. I am furious with this company as i can not reach anyboby to explain why they wont give me a full refund. will pursue with department of fare trading. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO GET RIPPED OFF. never again for me”

“If you want to be scammed, use LoveVacations/LoveHolidays! This travel ‘agent’ is a con in plain sight to avoid at all costs. Should have known it was a scam when calling Expedia and they couldn’t find my confirm #. After a death in the family and request to cancel my booking, the Hotel, Expedia Partners and LoveVacations agreed to issue a refund. This was confirmed by LoveVacations by voicemail and in the chat with their ‘customer service’. That was a sham. After 2 months, no refund and no response by from Love Vacations. Book your hotel/flights direct, no one need anything from this shifty group running your travel plans.”

“Malta in lockdown Malta in lockdown, FCO advice not to visit and I was due to go early hours TODAY. Impossible to contact anyone in Loveholidays in past 2 days by any means possible apart from getting a text at 5 pm saying they would contact people in departure date order, then NOTHING from then on. Until I clicked the "cancel my holiday" button when I quite soon got a message saying there would be cancellation charges...... What? Someone was obviously manning the "rip the customers off" office on a Saturday afternoon.I had already emailed them twice so have done so again and if they take cancellation charges from my card i will take legal action. The Ryanair flight did depart so won't get anything from them either. Appalling customer service and will not use this company ever again.I appreciate they cannot be blamed for Covid 19 but they CAN be held responsible for leaving their customers in the dark and trying to rip them off with cancellation charges..”
