I would never recommend or use Loveholidays. They have been of no help to me, they have offed no refund and the web site is set up to send you in circles. I will never book and holiday with them again. There are a lot more agencies out there that will help you when it’s needed.

they just ignore you and won't refund!,customer service is horrendous . I have contacted my credit card company and explained how we have been treated by loveholidays and they have started a refund for me. at last I can see a end to this situation and would suggest that all other people affected who used debit or credit card do the same and never use this company again

I had a voucher back for my cancelled holiday which was only for my hotel I've now just received a message from loveholidays they have had a cash refund back from easyJet and will be passing it back to the card I used to book my holiday , I did tell easy jet I want a refund and they have done it thankgod

I have used Loveholidays a number of times in the past. Clearly, any company that refuses to uphold basic consumer rights no longer wishes for any future custom. You hand over many months of salary from hard work, trusting that a company will uphold its side of the bargain. We know these are exceptional times, we know that the industry has suffered the worst crisis it has ever faced. But holding on to customers' money is a surefire way to make sure no-one ever books with them again. Avoid - pick a company like Jet2 who have upheld customer refunds and probably deserve our business.

They are bunch of frauds never refunded,due to covid i have to cancel my hotel booking. Trying to get in touch with them but they never respond. Please do not use them to make booking i am trying to send them a resolution notice from my lawyer.

Just been on live chat as we was booked holiday and flights through them. Ryanair was our flights who have said we will not be receiving a refund until NEXT YEAR! Asked loveholidays to help us with this issue, did not want to know, quoting terms and conditions rubbish. Booked with the a few times but as they offered me NO assistance at all, will not book with them again. Quick enough to take our hard earned money, immoral behaviour.

Been waiting for refund 29 days since cancelling... We cancelled before flights were grounded and untitled to refund first.. Stealing everyones money

This company is the worst. Their customer service representatives are so rude. Communication is awful, if they do not have an answer to your query as to why 30 days later they have not refunded your cancelled flight ticket, they end the conversation by logging off or cutting you off. I have never ever come across a company so viscious and unethical before. They deserve to be shut down completely. Absolute shocking! Please please, do not spend any money with this company, they are quick to take and impossible to get through to when it comes to refunds due to covid. They closed their already useless phone services and moved everything online, so that the reps can easily disconnect the chat when they ate questioned about refunds. If you book a packaged holiday through them they will ask you to contact Ryan air yourself to ask for refunds for the flight.

Hotel wanted us to leave due to the covid flights canceled 3 times expensive to get new hotel without help from love holiday s who seem to be unable to answer while on holiday don't recommend still trying after 6 wks of trying for refund and expence stay away from booking anything other sites more helpful when things go wrong

I am still waiting for a refund for a flight with Ryan Air who have already refunded this back to Love Holidays ..disgusting service and impossible to get through to anyone !! Flight was due to go to Rome on 21st March - vouchers given for the hotel - I want my money back now for the flight ASAP.

I would never book with this comapny again even if it meant never traveling again. Their policy is a complete lie from start to finish. You WILL NOT get a refund if you cancel your holiday and they WILL CHARGE you a fee to cancel, our fee was €75. They are a disgrace espically with the times everyone is trying to get through. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid at all cost. Will hold you to your contract but not stand by it themselves. This is not a holiday company its a dirty bunch of thief's. I hope the situation we are in destroys this company and wipes it off the planet. Will never use again as long as i have breath in my body. Hope the ceo is held accountable for their law breaking and does time.
