“All the services are excellent. I am a family of six, got to Kemer Turkey around 8 p.m. and we realized we were put in two rooms distant from each other on block 1 and block 4 but on the third day this was resolved. One good and surprising thing is that love holidays had booked a guide for us in fact we had two guides. We booked an appointment with one of the guys called Tom at 9:30 a.m. the following morning and he explained all about the activities, how we can be transferred to those activities and how they can support us with any issues we have with the hotel. The other guy called Farhert also came afterwards and support with changing the room. Our children were moved into the room right above us which was much better. The food was good though they repeat some foods daily like rice. Five types of meals a day were served: we had breakfast, lunch, snack time which is chips, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings, tea time for sweet treats and then dinner which are all very good. All meals are served with deserts. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. All staff are friendly and very supportive. Daily cleaning of rooms. Good location in the centre of the town. Private Beach for the hotel customers, night music and dance. No issues or concern. Downside is no pool at the Viking beach hotel but you can pay €5 a day to use the pool at the next hotel called Viking Nova beach hotel. You pay for WiFi.”

“Very poor food choice. Dirty, worn out sunbeds and no where near enough of them. Our apartment was a very long way from the all inclusive area. There were no top ups of toilet roll, had to ask for some. Apartment old and tired, ineffective ceiling fans. Pools were lovely, kept clean. Bar area was too small, nowhere to sit and have a drink. There was a lot of drunken behaviour with police being called to attend most nights meaning we couldn't go to the all inclusive after evening meal. It felt unsafe.”

“This was my second time I booked with LOVEHOLIDAYS’s and I would definitely book with them again, From start to finish LOVEHOLIDAYS’s was super helpful. They made me feel confident when booking with them on line. I also love the countdown to the holiday which made me really excited. “From start to finish, everything was honestly so easy. The holiday was affordable, the hotel was amazing and the communication from Loveholidays and their agents in Morocco was brilliant. The transfers were so well organised. As soon as we arrived, I received a WhatsApp message letting me know exactly where our driver was, and they contacted me again before our return transfer. We also had a Loveholidays rep at the hotel who was lovely and even helped me book our excursions. The hotel itself was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious with so much choice, the drinks were unlimited and the staff were genuinely so lovely and helpful. For me, the best part was how stress free the whole holiday was. Travelling with a child, there is already enough to think about, so having everything taken care of meant I could actually switch off, relax and enjoy myself. Honestly, one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Easy 10/10. I loved it so much I’ve already started looking for our next holiday with Loveholidays!”
