“Well when we got to our hotel it was over booked and had to stay in a different hotel for 2 nights and then after the 2 nights of staying in the other hotel we went back to our hotel which then I was informed that our room which I paid for was not available for another 2 nights which was an absolute nightmare plus we were put on the very bottom floor plus there is not internet in the rooms”

“Hotel was horrible was not clean enough toilet glass was broken was hard to get shower we been charged extra money£35 to use aircon and extra money for WiFi and no body even changed bedsheets in 5 nights it was not best experience so unprofessional”

“A great and easy experience, the website was easy to use and compare locations and hotels, our hotel was exactly as advertised and the reviews being available made it nice for us to know which hotel was right for us. Being able to sort hotel and flights in a short amount of time was great. Will be using Love Holidays for our future vacations!”
