“The holiday to Seville was well presented and a beautiful stay. There was a steady and effective flow of information from loveholidays. My only disappointment was in paying, I had intended paying the full amount upfront but somehow got tied into paying three amounts which incurred a surcharge. All staff encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool is small but we expected that from the pictures. The buffet breakfast was well presented and sufficient. The hotel is not close to any public transport and, like almost anywhere in the old town of Seville, endowed with a carpark.”

“LoveHolidays have booked us into a hotel that has been robbed multiple times, and they are refusing to move us. We are two women travelling alone. We flagged the security issues, we sent them the reviews, we showed them the reports — yet they are still insisting we stay in a hotel with a proven history of break-ins. They are effectively telling us that our safety doesn’t matter. It’s unacceptable that LoveHolidays are even offering a hotel with repeated robberies, let alone forcing customers to stay there after being made aware of the risks. This is not just poor customer service — it’s dangerous.”

“My experience with love holidays was fantastic. Everything was explained and set out clearly and I was given regular updates on the holiday and flight information. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were so nice and I would definitely re visit my hotel just to see the staff again.”
