“If you want to make the most of your holiday Love Holidays definitely make that happen. The recommended tours are all very well researched and enjoyable. The hotel was well located and of a high standard. The travel arrangements and communications worked well overall. Thank you for making our tripe to Mexico City one of our best holidays ever, lots of unforgettable good memories.”

“Hotel is not feel like a 4 stars hotel for my opinion, despite that they ticked all boxes for it. Our twin Room is very basic. Personal towels were VERY old, tiles are very old and lots of mould in the shower cabin ( very small 60x 60), but it has shower gel, conditioner etc. Beds and pillows are comfy to sleep. Air-condition is good. Kettle is provided. Food is good (nearly 24hours!!! well done!) Entertainment teams are good, something new is every day (cinema show on Monday is the best!). Thank you for Kamile for helping to choose the trip outside of the hotel. I was please with senior staff Anna, who was very polite and helpful. Most of time the Staff is supportive, but not very knowledgeable for a guest needs in reception for my opinion. I have tried to find some information but they were reluctant. The territory is big. Reception provided a map with the different place to eat. I was disappoint with it. (no information what to do, how to get to town or use other place to go out). I have found it later on by myself, but it was no enough time to visit it. Seabed has lots of seaweeds, shallow and challenge to swim, but there are two places in the both end of resort that you may with to swim. Pebble beach, but there are 4 swimming pools, but I never had a chance to get a place with family, despite I was outside at 8am. Main guests were Czech, Polish, French and a few English, Italian and German.”
