“I gave top marks for managing my holiday online because everything was simple and easy to do. From booking the holiday to accessing my travel documents and checking all the details, the whole process was straightforward. “I enjoyed using Loveholidays to book via telephone and customer services has a human being on the other end of the phone- bonus. The self catering room was advertised as 'superior' but not superior, not sure what made our apartment superior, to us it was what to expect, however, towels replaced every other day and the bin emptied, we have not had that on self catering but to be honest, the room had a washing machine so refreshed towels were not needed, but nice. The Balaia resort was exactly has we thought, biggest downside - pools too deep but we can all swim. If I could change anything it would be the bar near reception should remain open all day.”

“Excellent Hotel., caters well to families. We are a young couple but still enjoyed the atmosphere. The location is perfect and we were able to access local buses easily in order to travel around Rhodes.”
