can anyone help - on the 05.05 requested a name change on the holidaiday we book with love holidays - customer service passed to amendment team who passed to supplier with no response. My son flys in a weeks time I have been calling customer service daily with no help and today the staff member refused to put me through to the manager and said the manager would not speak with me, she then refused to give me the managers name and started laughing down the telephone. if anyone has any contact details for the amendments team please can you provide. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EVER SO HELPFUL WHEN YOU ARE PAYING £5000 AND BOOKING THE HOLIDAY BUT THEN THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL! customer service has advised they have no control over any amendments and when asked to be put through to amendments team so I could deal directly they again refused! AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS HOLIDAY COMPANY

I booked 5 rooms with balconies to find, after contacting the hotel, that 4 of the 5 rooms did not have balconies. I contacted LoveHolidays several times and was advised that someone would listen to the recording of my booking and call me back. 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything from them. Each time I have had to chase them.

Worst experience ever. Arrived in Vegas only to be told I still had to pay over £1000 in fees and charges. Log Holidays told me nothing. They almost ruined an entire holiday. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You have been warned !!!!!

Cancelled hotel 2 days before trip with no support of returning calls or emails. Impossible to sort - ended up buying a new hotel at expense - they don’t give two hoots before or after - only want your money - scammers in my view who need taking down via a group legal compensation case.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE LOVE HOLIDAYS! Just Cancelled our holiday 3 weeks before we go, they tried to blame the hotel so we called the hotel ourselves who confirmed we were still booked in. Went back to Love Holidays with this information and were “looking into it” but were still blaming the hotel. We then got a call from the hotel saying Love Holidays have now cancelled the booking! No explanation given. I’m too angry to type anymore but take my advise and STAY AWAY FROM LOVE HOLIDAYS ATBALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Avoid this agency, they are not helpful, they just don't do anything! I’m booking the hotel Turkey Senza The Inn Resort & Spa 5 starts Service terrible and terrible food I have the plastic in the food Try change the hotel every day said waiting the response but don’t respond me Back! Carreful the loveholiday agency and the hotel Do you like have a nice holiday avoid this agency and hotel ! My Agency Loveholiday every time said just wait for the response never respound me back! My holiday gone in the bad service restaurant table not enough clean around the bar service very small. Because don’t help when report don’t have other solucion just report the Company for the consumer protection.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have contacted Love Holidays on many occasions as it was agreed with one of their customer service agents, Aman, on a phone call on Friday the 14th of June that the wrong hotel had been booked. He then spoke with his superiors and told me that their allocation had been used up for my preferred hotel and to book directly myself which I then proceeded to do. I was assured that Love Holidays would refund the full amount of the hotel stay. I still have not received that refund or an email with confirmation of a refund, and after both myself, my daughter and partner have contacted them on numerous occasions, of which we have screen shots and phone records, we have still not got any further in resolving it. They record their phone calls which contains proof of this agent agreeing to refund me. Every time I reach out, the issue is treated as a new query via their app. It's ridiculous that they don't have a complaints email because they can't seem to answer the phone!! Nobody has phoned me back as we have asked them to numerous times, and I can't speak with the amendments team. I spoke to Gayle, Nea and Cheshta on 3 separate occasions via the app who all told me that I would be contacted by the end of the day and that they 'fast tracked' and marked this query as 'urgent'. There has still been zero contact. My daughter left a review here on Trust Pilot and they replied saying they could not discuss the issue with her even though I previously gave permission for her to liaise with them. If you want a company to ruin your holiday, you've come to the right place with Love Holidays! I will certainly be taking this further with local radio stations, numerous social media platforms and other reviewing websites, while also seeking legal options. I'm surprised the company hasn't shut down with the way they treat their customers- disgraceful way to conduct business. I am sure this review will be replied to with a 'sorry to hear about your experience', rather than contacting me DIRECTLY which I've asked for a thousand times. In my opinion Trust Pilot need to re-access their rating of 4.2 for Love Holidays because it seems that there's a new bad review being posted every hour!!

When on holiday there partner went into bankruptcy and didn’t pay our hotel bill. They said don’t worry about it everything would be okay! We had to get involved so our hotel got paid. Never use them again.

Be very careful.Love Holidays book you into the worst rooms. Our room was facing a Residential block of flats very close to our balcony over looking a laneway. We had a 10 year old child with us. It was grim depressing and balcony felt unsafe (old wrought iron with artificial grass). I asked Love Holidays & finally a Manager Neha to change our rooms but also asked GHT Hotel Cost Bravo 3 times. They refused.I have photos also.I am unable to upload.

We were booking hotel 4*with good reviews, they cancelled our hotel, lying us that the hotel will be closed what was lay, we received other offers which did not meet the standard of the hotel I paid for.

Rip-Off and worst customer service. First time I book holiday with them and had such terrible experience and they were not happy to assist in any ways. In fact, I have also found out that if you book your holiday separately ( buying your own tickets and reserving hotel directly from source ) it would be much cheaper than HateHolidays, Sorry Love Holidays. I would Definitely recommend Jet2holidays instead. Stay away from these guys

Hotel was NOT AS DESCRIBED. All inclusive holiday booked to 4* Blue Sky Hotel (known as Anita Dream) in Kemer, Antalya. There was nothing 4* about it. I expected 4* all inclusive and got none of that. 1. Rooms were disgusting. They place you in what i call a punishment room, the room smells of sewers, the hotel gives the option to upgrade room for 40eur, 40gbp or 40usd. The rooms are filthy and look like this hotel has not been refurbished for god knows how many years. Insects everywhere in the rooms. Bed sheets and pillow covers stained/dirty 2. Wifi was not free there was a charge 3. No bottled water available and receptionist told us to go buy water from the shop…. Tap water was available but not good enough (for a 4* all inclusive they should be able to provide the most basic human needs such as bottled water) 4. Food and eating area was disgusting. Not fresh. Same foods, fruit section only had one type of fruit, apples, every single day) on the photos shown of the hotel they show bowls full of fruits, again misleading 5. Staff all look miserable and they are not helpful at all 6. We couldn’t stay a second night in there after LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM was taking their bloody time. We arrived into early hours thursday. Reported issues thursday morning case opened. Friday we checked out ourselves and had to fork out an extra £600 to get away from this sh***ole of Anita Dream/Blue Sky LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM stated to send evidence to the email they sent across with ref no. We did this on the thursday and chased and chased and chased. Now it is monday we called again to be told because we checked out we breached contract and nothing can be done. Excuse me but when a hotel is not fit for people to stay there what do you expect for people to stay there and stress in misery on holiday?????? Thanks LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM I am reporting you to the ombudsman as i stated on the phone and taking you to court. Wont be booking from you again

Love holidays have changed my flights to 2 days earlier. Although an inconvenience we can still do this. Love holidays however want £986 MORE to change the dates for us!!! Do not use this company. They are awful and the customer service is a disgrace: They just don’t care.

Haven't actually been yet but impossible to speak to anyone. Sandy, their virtual assistant, is useless. We have had our flights changed to 6 hours later and noteven notified by anyone. It's been a nightmare trying to get airport assistance which I still haven't done. So stressful with apps for flights and no help. Will use travel agent shop next time.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. My mother fell ill so with 2 weeks to go I thought it was best to cancel my family holiday to Paris. This was dealt with pretty well. I was patiently waiting for my refund when my mother passed away. I thought I had better chase up the refund. To be told I wasn’t getting a refund as they had cancelled the cancellation. It is apparently their policy to send you an email to confirm the cancellation from a different email address, which of course went into spam. This procedure cost me £1200 and I never even left the house.

We where told our hotel accommodation was in danger, 2wks ago, but it’s all been resolved, we are in the hotel we booked, got airport transfers which is great as we are going with family, so can relax now.

They stated our hotel was unavailable 3 days before our trip, they then gave us an alternative but still haven’t provided a confirmation and now we’re 1 day away from the holiday starting.

I was sold airport parking through loveholidays as part of the package, when I arrived the airport parking firm was closed locked and empty! With No contact number available I had to park miles away from the airport and walk. I still haven’t been told by loveholidays why this happened, it took me 3 hours on the so called “helpline” to claim my refund, the worst system ever as you have to talk to a computer, no help whatsoever, will never book with loveholidays again
