Love Holidays are a joke. They advertised and took money from us for the wrong room at a hotel and completely made it an awful experience for my family. They should be ashamed of themselves. Joke company pile of sh*t.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room that was in a deplorable state. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a foul odor. Inside, the room was filthy and infested with bugs. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. We immediately reported this to the receptionist, who was unhelpful and dismissive. After several hours of waiting at the reception, we were eventually moved to another room, only to find it in the same horrendous condition: full of bugs and dirt. The distress caused by this situation was overwhelming, particularly for my young children, aged 2 and 6. They were scared and crying, begging to go home. We were left with no choice but to leave the resort and find alternative accommodation on our own, which added to our stress and financial burden. I am attaching pictures and videos that clearly show the unsanitary conditions of the rooms and the distress of my children. I gave it three stars because luckily we had no issue on holiday, otherwise, I am not so sure the customer service or the company would have helped too much. And this is why I believe this: when I booked the holiday because we were travelling with a toddler, we had to choose plane seats mandatory. If not, you can't proceed with the next steps to book the holiday. But when I finished the booking and all was confirmed, the seat information was missing (despite I was charged for it). On the Tui application, I was required to choose my seats at another cost obviously. I contacted Love Holidays twice and I encountered two very rude agents, who kept saying that in their system the seats had not been chosen and paid for. I told them that this must be an error as you can't book the holiday without choosing and paying for the seats when travelling with a child. I even sent them screenshots of what it shows on the website if I try to skip this step. However, when I sent these, the agent said 'I think I helped already with your problem, bye!' and disconnected me. I gave up and paid for seats on the TUI application. I will avoid this company in the future.

Do not use this company. They are not ABTA registered. This means if things go wrong you are essentially shafted. I have contacted them various times regarding transfers which didn't take us to or from our destination. The BS I've had to put up with. The "customer service" is a joke. They will Def take your money. But they will not provide a service. Absolutely shocking. From now on I will ensure that all holidays are ABTA registered. If they are not they should not be allowed to supply a service. As holding them responsible for anything seems impossible.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE Recently booked a holiday to Rhodes, 1 of 3 bookings moved hotels upon arrival. Explanation, the hotel is full booked. Love Holidays did not help one bit, the hotel we were moved too had nowhere near the same amenities to what we booked. Love Holidays did nothing to resolve this. Happening time and time again having spoken to others affected at the same time

Useless support, lying company and questionable processes. Booked with them previously myself a few times and not had to reach out to them and everything was fine so figured me and my friend would book our big holiday this year again with them, however, this time we had a issue where the luggage that was advertised ( 2x20kg bags) was in fact the cabin bags and not hold luggage (Misleading i know). In spite of this, they told us they could not alter the flights and we had to contact British Airways. We did, and they explained we had 24 hours as per their policy to cancel/refund the flights however since LoveHolidays were the ones that booked the flights, they needed to do this. So we reached out to Support again, they then changed their minds and said they were unable to. When questioned, they then lied and said they booked the flights through a third party and not directly with BA (Despite BA confirming LoveHolidays booked it) - and moreover questioning the trust of LoveHolidays as a company in itself. Their support was useless throughout, and refused to transfer us to any manager or any team to get this resolved - so we are currently without baggage for a 10 night trip to Dubai. I have collated the evidence from the website and calls, and luckily have booked using a Credit card who have informed it that LoveHolidays are responsible for this. I would advise anyone else having issues with their useless support to file a dispute with your credit card company for a dispute as well as ABTA. (We will be doing both). You can also file a complaint with the Ombudsman. Would avoid and book with a reputable package holiday site that doesn't make lies and claim they dont book anything and they use third parties as middleman with your personal information and then refuse to offer any Support whatsoever. Ashamed that i even recommended LoveHolidays after my previous completely fine trips to then result in my recommendation for them to my friend booking and now both of us without luggage. ( They were demanding over £300 for a bag each , thats half of the holiday cost absolute scum )

Post holiday problems are dealt with email only!!! I was verbally assaulted and spar by restaurant manager, who no longer is there, there was issues with other things, I've relieved an apology, total disgrace, I am seeking legal advice now, will never use this company again

Do not use this company, they are a joke. When we arrived in Rome there was no transfer, the emergency number given didn’t answer, despite repeated calls. We paid for a taxi, they only returned 50% of the fare and said that was their policy!. After hours spent trying to contact them we were reassured that we were all booked up for the return transfer!Guess what, it didn’t arrive. Of course, they were still “ investigating “ the first debacle ( not), so we paid for a private taxi again back to the airport. So we got the second amount returned, but not forgetting that in our original booking we had paid for returns, well that disappeared into the ether too. So I reckon we are £200 out of pocket. No explanations offered as to why this happened, no return of out of pocket expenses, and no compensation offered. I think it’s only if the story hits the press is full reimbursement offered, but for the ordinary person it’s tough cheese with this lot.

Everything actually from the moment we arrived at Rivera hotel after giving the relevant paper work to reception The little guy said that we would have to pay £125 gnp as the system wasn’t recognising the reservation as it was Sunday yeh ok But you will get your money back Mon Never heard anything so ridiculous Also we paid the tax to the change man of 42 dinars So now when it comes to book a early call The little guy chases after us telling us we need to pay him the tax No my friend we have paid that already The Resort is very tired and needs a lot of TLC to bring it anyway near 4 star it’s just about 2star A further review will be made about the resort From broken toilet seat shower bracket hanging off wall bedding crumpled and not ironed Towels removed and not returned fit many hours so if you wanted a shower etc.hard luck until the towels had been laundered and they wete far passed their sell by date very rough and f discoloured I can not believe how this resort is 1 away from 5 star I don’t know how they rate the accommodation but it certainly needs to be reviewed

After arriving in Greece we took our own transfer too the hotel through our own choice, on arrival the hotel reception told us the room was not ready so we went and looked around ! A warm beer in a cardboard cup was the start of it, restaurant serving up last nights food for lunch ! The room then was ready, disgusting checked in at 1300 out by 1600 ! I would not have let my Labrador stay there let alone 4 of us (2 teenage girls) beds covered in stains, 1 plug socket in the entire 2 bed apartment, mouldy shower, water park but no drinks allowed ! Disgraced we checked out ! Love holidays refused any alternative as they say there was none ! I will never use them again ! Funny enough it won’t let me upload images, Filermos Village Hotel Rhodes

My son and girlfriend turned up at hotel in Grancanaria but love holidays hadn’t booked them a room. They arrived Friday evening and was told nothing could be done until the office opened Monday so they had to pay direct to the hotel

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! 🚩🚩🚩 A payment of £89 was taken from my bank account when I had already paid for my holiday in full. I subsequently contacted LH to ask for my money back….no help. I then contacted my bank and they raised a dispute and got my money refunded. I later found out that the £89 was taken as part payment on my parents holiday as LH somehow had my bank details linked to my parents booking. Three days before we were due to depart my parents received an email from Pegasus airlines saying their flights had been cancelled. Still no contact from LH so we called them. They said that my parents holiday hadn’t been fully paid (as a result of my bank getting my money back) and so the holiday was cancelled. My mum offered to pay the £89 but they said it wasn’t the company policy to allow this! We managed to book my parents another holiday with us all (17 people in total) but the first 4 of 9 nights was self catering in a different hotel (the original holiday was all inclusive) LH refunded the original holiday but not the flights and the second holiday cost £400 more than the first one. In total my parents are £850 out of pocket, which when you’re on a pension is a considerable amount of money. LH have been no help, not allowed to speak with a manager. Repeating themselves with well rehearsed lines to fob us off and showing zero compassion! They’re a bunch of con artists who only want your money!

Absolutely useless when the transfer they had arranged fell through and no one was there to get my group. They apparently rebooked it so at least we had back to the airport covered and that also never showed up. The emergency line is not England based it’s frustrating to try and resolve anything with them. Never again with these robbing cretins.

Stay well clear, unless you want your holiday ruined. Booked our family holiday for 8 people back in April for the 3rd August. Received and email over the weekend to say our flights had a change in times. Originally flying at 6.25am we were changed to a flight at 18.50, so instead of arriving at lunchtime we would arrive at 01.25am the following day. Same on the way back, our flight was changed from 14.00 to 02.00am!!! To choose flights with a different airline for similar departure times they want and extra £1564.16! To do this 25 days before we go is totally shocking and leaves us with either a huge additional bill or having to cancel and rebook last minute. Their call centre is in South Africa and they have no complaints procedure. Avoid this company at all costs or they will end up causing you huge stress. I would imagine they get you to sign up with what seems like a good deal, slowly take £1,000’s of pounds off you and then tell you the flights have changed and ask for a load more money. Be careful ⛔️ They got the second passenger's name wrong I made a reservation, filled in the names, surnames and dates of birth correctly. When I received the confirmation email, both passengers' names were the same and their surname and date of birth were correct. they say it was my fault. They sent the same first names of passengers to the airline, only the last name is different. to make a change they are charging me over £115 for a name change. I still need to see the value of the other company. round trip airlines are different. So I need to pay to change the round trip. conclusion: the trip, which was supposed to be fun, turned into a nightmare. I do not recommend. Very disappointed. Will not book with loveholidays again

can anyone help - on the 05.05 requested a name change on the holidaiday we book with love holidays - customer service passed to amendment team who passed to supplier with no response. My son flys in a weeks time I have been calling customer service daily with no help and today the staff member refused to put me through to the manager and said the manager would not speak with me, she then refused to give me the managers name and started laughing down the telephone. if anyone has any contact details for the amendments team please can you provide. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EVER SO HELPFUL WHEN YOU ARE PAYING £5000 AND BOOKING THE HOLIDAY BUT THEN THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL! customer service has advised they have no control over any amendments and when asked to be put through to amendments team so I could deal directly they again refused! AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS HOLIDAY COMPANY

I booked 5 rooms with balconies to find, after contacting the hotel, that 4 of the 5 rooms did not have balconies. I contacted LoveHolidays several times and was advised that someone would listen to the recording of my booking and call me back. 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything from them. Each time I have had to chase them.

Worst experience ever. Arrived in Vegas only to be told I still had to pay over £1000 in fees and charges. Log Holidays told me nothing. They almost ruined an entire holiday. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You have been warned !!!!!
