“I am Disabled so had a lot to sort out and clear to make my Trip doable. The Staff at Loveholidays made it very easy for me and were very accommodating. Therefore lessining my anxiety. They were very quick to come back to me on every point. Only problem as usual was they couldn’t confirm a Disability Room for me. And the long drawn out Airline Procedures for Travelling. But I know that wasn’t down to the Staff. So as I said very happy with them.”

“Easy to use app and key updates made travel easy. The hotel seemed to have a widespread issue with air con systems and they were not forthcoming to fix. My advice is check aircons before unpacking as it seems a common fault in the hotel. Good location - next to Ego beach club lovely for a day! Nice meals around the corner and not too far from the marina (30 minute walk to Cala Dor). Taxi rank around the corner and Ting Ting train every hour just up the road.”

“Overall, we had a lovely holiday and were very happy with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had no issues with the hotel itself and would happily stay there again. The only issue was with the transfer information. We received no clear instructions about our return transfer and had to ask three different people before finally getting the correct information. Had it taken any longer, we could easily have missed our transfer. Better communication and clearer transfer details would have made the experience much less stressful.”
