“The company was first class, from start to finish , could not fault it, only thing is pictures of hotel did not exactly look the way it does now, maybe need to update them as more run down now, although staff , food were fantastic”

“Hotel staff were so helpful but they had to deal with so many complaints all day every day and the queue at reception was sometimes an hour. Food was the same every day apart from the main hall where queuing could sometimes be an hour for desired choices. Not enough plates, cutlery, tables etc. Drink machines not working. Not very clean around the resort, toilets very smelly, pool has green algae slime around the outside tiles and rubbish scattered around. Love holidays website definitely describes this hotel very differently from distances to airport, the beach look and the facilities. The staff are amazing but there are not enough of them to cope with the size of the hotel and the amount of guests.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The whole holiday was relaxing and we really enjoyed our time in Fuerteventura. We would happily stay here again.”

“THE HOTEL WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE FOOD HAD A DIFFERNT MENU EVERY DAY. THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT. THE HOTEL ROOM HAD AN ANNOYING CLICK ALL NIGHT AND THE TOILET WATER WAS CONSTANTLY RUNNING. NOT A GREAT LOCATION IN COMPARISON TO TO THE BEACH OR SHOPS BUT A GREAT HOTEL. I WOULD RETURN AGAIN.”
