“There were not enough staff in the hotel, particularly in the bars and restaurants. At busy times, the restaurants were overcrowded and it was difficult to find a table. There were also long queues for grilled food and at the bars, with only one person serving drinks. At the lobby bar, no staff were taking orders, so guests had to queue and serve themselves at the bar. Service was slow and often frustrating due to the lack of staff. In addition, Turkish music was played throughout the day, even though most guests were from other countries. A more varied international music selection would have created a better atmosphere for all guests. I would like to stress that there was nothing wrong with Love Holidays, and the booking process and holiday arrangements were fine. My comments relate solely to the hotel experience and the level of service provided during our stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but staffing levels and guest experience in the food and beverage areas need significant improvement.”

“We have used Loveholidays every year since 2019. Never once had we anything to complain about. I recommend this travel agent to everybody because they take the hassle out of any holiday. Very easy to book with.”

“You will always find something bad if you look hard enough. We never found anything to complain about. The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and not too far from the beach, bars and restaurants and shops.”

“Honestly fantastic holiday would recommend to anyone the Paris hotel is central strip perfect location. Room was clean we didn’t have the views but you weren’t in your room long so you really didn’t mind. Its was just fantastic and the people there were so polite and friendly”
