“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beachside resort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. The animation team was amazing and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!”

“Easy to follow website. We had a problem with our flight which was cancelled by the airline an alternative flight was offered but we couldn't make it. Love holiday rep sorted a full refund and arranged a new flight to suit us. We have since booked another holiday with them which went to plan. I would use the company again.”

“The booking process with Loveholidays was excellent. Everything was straightforward, easy to navigate and stress-free from start to finish. Unfortunately, while we were very happy with the booking experience, we were disappointed with the standard of the hotel for several reasons.. We recently stayed at Cast Hotels Fuertesol in Caleta de Fuste for a week. Overall, it was a very basic hotel, which we expected for the price, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. The apartment itself was clean on arrival, but there was an ongoing ant problem throughout our stay. The beds were also very uncomfortable, and the mattresses were stained. The sofa bed mattress had split in half, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Housekeeping was disappointing. During the entire week, our room wasn’t cleaned once, and the beds weren’t changed. We were provided with fresh towels, but only after we asked for them. The rooms became extremely hot, and although you can hire a fan by paying a €20 refundable deposit, we found it to be extremely noisy and virtually useless. It produced very little airflow and did almost nothing to cool the room. Although we received the deposit back when we returned it, it wasn’t worth the inconvenience. The food from the pool bar was generally disappointing, although the pizzas were absolutely delicious and were by far the best thing on the menu. The drinks from the pool bar were excellent, offering great taste and good value for money. One thing we found quite strange was the opening times. The pool bar opened at 8:30am, but the swimming pool didn’t open until 11:00am. The pool remained open until 7:00pm, while the pool bar closed much earlier at 3:30pm, which seemed like an unusual arrangement. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we have no complaints about the service we received from them. Unfortunately, we probably wouldn’t return. The hotel wasn’t particularly suited to families with young children, as there was very little for them to do apart from using the swimming pool. While it may be suitable for travellers looking for a simple, budget-friendly base, it didn’t quite meet our expectations for a family holiday.”
