“Beyond amazing! I booked this hotel for my birthday for 2 nights and now I wish I booked for longer. As soon as you get to the hotel outside and inside are amazing. Very fancy and cute decor. The rooms were perfect, they had everything you need apart from a fridge but you can request cooler boxes. The beds were so comfy to sleep in. We paid for breakfast when booking and it was worth every penny. They had endless choices from your basic standard cereal (which was still luxury)to a fry up. Everything looked so tasty. My favourite were the mini breakfast sausages. Over all the hotel was worth every penny I paid and I will be staying again!”

“The overall booking process with love holidays was great and very easy to do, however, we were very disappointed with our hotel. Our room was very unclean, stains, mould, everything was broken (door handles, shower curtain, holes in the walls etc). We had cockroaches in our room almost every single night despite doing everything we could to keep them out, the hotel refused to offer a different room. The gym did not have air con and was very slippy with very little weights/equipment. The air con in the room was also not good enough. The food was good but not a lot of selection for kids/picky eaters. Cannot fault the entertainment staff, cleaners etc as they were very friendly and welcoming, however, the reception staff could’ve been more helpful. Disappointed and will not be returning.”

“Easy to book. Hotel in great location, staff friendly and helpful on reception. Room clean but could do with being updated. The breakfast let it down each morning the majority of hot food was chicken potatoes and vegetables.”

“good quality 3 star, clean towels and rooms cleaned daily. Reasonable selection of food in main restaurant, not much choice at all inclusive snack bar The direct beach makes the hotel, beautiful, great for paddleboarding and snorkelling”

“We were a bit disappointed about our room . Definitely need updating, definitely no 4 star( only because of the room quality 3 stars) . However, we had what we need to take shower ,use fridge , aircon in the room, and bed to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food might not be to everyone's taste, but I think everyone would find something they like. Nice surprise from the hotel -sparking wine in our room for my birthday . Drinks from the bar -multiple choices. Nikos -barman definitely 5 stars for him. Professional, funny, he told us a few interesting facts about Greece. We used bus transport from the hotel to Rhodes cost 2.50 € one way (taxi about 50€). Definitely its worth it to visit Rhodes for one day trip. Shuttle transfer to the hotel, and to the airport -very organized .”

“I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism, honesty and politeness I received while booking my holiday. I was being looked after very well and knew I can count on love holiday at any time and any situation. I had any possible update about my holiday months before I travelled. My personal assistance had been arranged at the airport and love holiday made sure I had room available close to the lifts and reception in case of any problems or emergency. I am extremely happy and grateful for making my holiday such a pleasant experience. Thank you ☺️”

“Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. I've never experienced anything like it before. The staff hardly smiled or seemed welcoming. I understand the hotel was very busy, but it wasn't pleasant to approach the bar and be greeted by bartenders who looked unhappy and annoyed. Our room was clean, but there were several maintenance issues. The balcony door was extremely difficult to close and required a lot of force. One of the light fixtures was falling from the ceiling, and the extra bed provided for our child looked like it was roughly put together from wooden boards – completely unacceptable. Going to the restaurant was a challenge every single time because of the long queues. The food selection was surprisingly limited for a 5-star hotel, and the quality wasn't great either. My child ended up eating only French fries throughout most of the holiday. Even simple things were poorly managed. In the mornings, there were often no teaspoons for coffee, so you had to search for one. Cutlery was constantly missing – sometimes there were no forks, other times no spoons. During the last few days, we stopped going to the restaurant altogether because it was simply too stressful. There were queues everywhere. Only three bars were open, all with extremely long lines. At one point, the bartenders were asking guests to return their glasses because they had run out. Later, drinks were served in paper cups instead. There were also times when they ran out of beer or ice and asked guests to come back later. I've never had a holiday like this before. During the last few days, we stayed in our room after buying our own food and alcohol because using the hotel's facilities had become such an unpleasant experience. I believe that with better organisation and enough staff for the number of guests, this hotel could have provided a much better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone at the moment. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, in my opinion it barely deserves 3 stars. Our holiday was ruined, despite paying a significant amount of money, and we didn't even make use of half of the hotel's facilities because the experience was so frustrating.”
