“Booked a lovely 4 night break to Lanzarote, everything was great we just didn’t have a transfer bus waiting for us at the airport & no communication from anyone regarding this. We had to be taken to the hotel by another bus company. This added an extra hour onto the journey but aside from this we had an amazing time.”
