“Easy to book a holiday with loveholidays , as everything from flights to accommodation and meals is set! BUT This is our fourth holiday booked with love holidays.com and I noticed that the rooms we received are not the best ones in the hotels. Sometimes you see one thing in the photos and the room you get is so ugly and you can just be so disappointed! When you go to reception and ask for the room in photos they tell you the room you got is the one you paid for! Where the truth is I don’t know! I think loveholidays should inform about different types of rooms and let people decide which one they want to pay for! On my last holiday we picked Gran Hotel Bali, 4 stars, 43 floors in Benidorm! We were hoping for accommodation at top floors with a nice view ! We waited nearly one hour to be checked in at 3am as only one receptionist, got a room at 4th floor , no tea coffee facilities, bad smell in toilet from pipes, leaks in room from bathroom, no wi fi only in front of door. So it didn’t looks like a 4stars hotel at all and our holiday was ruined”

“Simple booking process. Wide choice of accommodation to choose from. Regular updates without too many upselling emails. Our hotel was fabulous; very clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool area.”

“Love holidays have been fantastic & we always book through them, Unfortunately the fault towers hotel was just god awful. British families do not book this hotel! We have paid for an all inclusive but ate out every day! The only decent thing about this hotel was the view & animations team! EL KASAR RESORT & THALASSO”
