No communication with each other or their customers. I'm due to fly in 6 days my hotel is closed they have not offered me an alternative or refund only offered to up the price. Law breaking disgusting excuse for a company do not deal with these people!!!!!

No way of contacting them. No way of getting onto live chat. My holiday is still showing as going ahead, but I have received notification from the airline that the flights outbound and inbound are both cancelled. Less than a week before we are due to travel. I know things are difficult, but if they can manage to take bookings, they should manage to deal with problems.

No way of contacting them I've left messages and wrote letters. We had a package holiday to Portugal but the airline Ryanair cancelled our flights, we have almost paid the full amount for our holiday and would like to know where we stand on refund. Customer service is disgraceful , we will never use Loveholidays again, other companies have dealt with this a lot better .

4 months I’ve been waiting for my refund! 4 months! Every time I try to chase them yet again they don’t have anyone on the end of the phone. Just an automated message to say try their online chat which oh guess what you can’t get on either!

My daughter is still awaiting a refund for her holiday .She continued to pay off the full package price to ensure she didn’t break her contract and lose the refund option . They are absolutely useless . They continually promise to send a refund and never do . They try to get the customer to obtain the flight refund direct from the air carrier even though the holiday was booked as a package ! They lie, delay and and evade payment . To save time this company should be bankrupted by all customers taking County Court action which is very easy using MCOL . Then everybody can claim off ATOL or ABTA. I’m doing my daughters Court papers as we speak .

We had our holiday cancelled a week before we were due to fly and applied for a refund, at the time I was told to wait 30 days for a refund but in the mean time I was given a credit note. One month after our holiday was cancelled I was told to ring a dedicated phone number and was told the refund process had only just started and I have to wait an extra 8 weeks! This is ridiculous, other companies have handled this much better, we won't be using LoveHolidays again!!

No way of getting in contact with them and not responding to any message I leave them. My flights have been cancelled and no alternatives so just looking for refund then I can book elsewhere.

No means of contacting the company as phone lines and live chat been discontinued plus they do not respond to emails, therefore no way of resolving any issues, claiming refunds or making changes. Strangely, you can however still book and they can still keep taking your money !!

I have a hidden disability. I stayed at a hotel last year and had a really bad experience. I have booked the same hotel of a similar name by mistake, I can't get hold of these people for love nor money. No after care at all. Got your money now go away literally

No communication. The support desk is poor. Live chat is all day not available. I get the feeling they are bankrupt. I don't live in England and can fly to my destination. Even then they want to cancel my vacation. Unbelievable!

I think this company is an absolute joke they haven’t decided to update me on my holiday , even though Greece are not supposed to be letting people in , they just keep trying to extend the date to have a bit of hope to keep the money because that’s all they think about ! Their customer service is poor had to send numerous of emails and every time I’d go on the live chat it will end due to the circumstances I get your busy but loads of airline companies are dealing with this as well but yet putting there customers first ! Which you should be following to will NEVER be booking with love holidays again !!!!

Please, please use Resolver, a free service operated by Moneysaving Expert which ensures you have a full record of your communication with them and of their replies to you - and yes, LH do reply via this method. Then when they have refused to give you a satisfactory reply you can escalate it to ABTA. ABTA tend to support their members and not the customer, but if that happens you can report both LH and ABTA to the CMA, which is again a very easy and quick process on line. Venting on review sites makes you feel better, but it doesn't bring these charlatans to order, whereas using the processes that are available does. Plus there is always Martin Lewis Money Programme, Your Money and Your Life, and Watchdog. The more people who contact the media the more things may improve. Although in my view LH is heading for broke as no-one will book with them again, but let's hope refunds get processed first. If the companies that have mistreated customers due to Covid go bust then the good companies will thrive as we will only book with them.

Worst company ever had dealings with. Still waiting for money after over 2 months now. Ignore all my emails and live chat. PEOPLE if you read this please stay well away from this company. How they have got away with this I have no idea. They are breaking the law.

Unable to access live chat been trying now for 6 hours. Someone should take them to court over their no contact policy. Will never use them again awaiting £7k for May holiday and cant contact them regarding another booked in August.

I've been trying to get in touch with Love holidays but to no avail. They have closed their phone lines, live chat isn't working and I can't even get into Manage my Booking to cancel. You simply cannot contact them in any way at the moment! I am due to pay a balance of £3,500 in a few days and I've had to cancel my card to stop them taking the money!!!! I am so disappointed and upset by their service, they are obviously doing this on purpose to take as much money as they can even though they know the holidays aren't going to go ahead. I will be lodging a complaint with Abta!

Why is it impossible to contact this company? I received an email saying my holiday had been cancelled and to log into the manage my booking section to see the options available. When I tried to do this it now says my name and booking reference don't match. It was working fine when I was still paying the monthly installments but since the balance has been paid in full I can no longer log into my account. Can't contact anyone as phone lines have been turned off, emails go unanswered and live chat ( according to Love Holidays the only way to contact them) just continuously says it's busy. I realise they must have many customers affected by cancellations but to offer only one line of communication is ridiculous. How they are still receiving 5 star reviews is beyond me. Perhaps those posting them could give the rest of us an insight as to how they have managed to get in touch with this company. This is the first and last time I will be using Love holidays and would not recommend them to anyone.

I booked through them this year, cancelled my hotel in March; I was told that I would have a full money refund before I was due to be on holiday. Since then I haven’t heard from them- holiday would have been taking place now!!!! Live chat - is a joke!!! All day it says ‘busy’ - all day everyday. No other way to contact them!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! Be sensible and book with a company that allows you to contact them! They do not reply, I could email, call or live chat. I still have got my refund!

Unable to contact no email, live chat doesn't work, unable to contact by phone. They don't respond to messages left in my booking. Waiting 2 months for a refund and Loveholidays still kept my money even if they received it from airlines.
