“I was Concerned with the fact that initially my skin looked WORSE, Not BETTER. The Website Discussed/Addressed This but I sent an email for advice/clarification and got a response within 24 hours. With a GUARANTEE That IF The Products DIDN'T Work I WOULD Receive a Refund.......”

“I have found no negatives with Saranghae! The product is fabulous! My skin has never looked so good. The customer service is unbelievable! Quick response! “Saranghae has totally changed my Skin dynamics! I'm truly in love with the Product line. I'm one person who has extremely sensitive skin which gets irritated even with a tiny dab of makeup. But with Saranghae my skin feels so supple and healthy that now I can flaunt my skin without worrying about hiding any spots coz it has become spotless!! A great big thanks to Saranghae and to the customer service (Karen) who has been so considerate and kind! I would definitely recommend Saranghae!!”

“I love this program. I live in a small town and where I used to get my face products closed and I did not want to drive to the city. So I hurt about this program and thought why not try. I love it makes my face feel awesome. I have the mask on right now. They are great to work with, if you don't need more by your scheduled shipment they will delay it. Also great if you want to return anything.”

“Love. Love. LOVE this product line! I've been using the 5 step routine for a few months now and love how hydrated and soft my skin feels now. I had a few breakouts at first, but customer service gave a few suggestions that worked perfectly! I just wish they had travel sizes to help keep up my routine while flying.”

“Using the 5 Step Bundle for a month & a half. Love the products. Immediate softness. No winter dry skin this year! I did experience a few small breakouts. But, when you understand that it's your skin purging, you're actually happy about it!! I had already received the email that my next shipment was processing and my card had been charged when I asked to push the date, yet Karen took the extra steps to refund and re-schedule delivery!”
