“First of all, I LOVE these products. With consistent use, the difference in my skin is amazing. What makes them even better? The customer service. Any time I need to update/change/delay an order, I send a quick email and Karen gets back to me almost immediately. Nothing is ever an issue, she updates my account to reflect my product needs and everything is dealt with quickly and efficiently. It really is one of the easiest subscription services I’ve ever used. Bravo Saranghae for not only having wonderful products, but also nailing the customer service! Your team are a credit to your company name!”

“I love all the products from Saranghae! I admit I don't use them as consistently as I should but I love that the products are great for my sensitive skin and the fact that it is a whole skin care routine set up for me to do in 5 minutes. As someone who is new to proper skincare, this was a very convenient, efficient, and easy way for me to learn about the different products needed for good skincare and why they are necessary (I like the booklet that explains the steps of how to use and what they are doing for your skin). I would definitely rate my experience with Saranghae to be 5/5, not just because of the products, but also because of the service. I remember my shipment in December came in just 2 days after ordering and everytime I've reached out to Saranghae with a concern about needing to delay my next shipment, I always get a friendly response the next day accommodating to my needs. I like that I am speaking to an actual person, when I read the responses, not only my concern is directly addressed but usually I get asked how I like everything and I get informed of what is new and upcoming with Saranghae. It's been a great experience overall and I feel I wasn't just some random customer that bought a product from a while back, so thank you for letting me know that my questions and concerns matter to the company.”

“I’ve been using this product for 2 years. I’ll never stop! The products are wonderfully effective in plumping your skin and reducing wrinkles. They feel good, go on smooth and don’t leave you feeling drowned in product. The bottles are beautiful, I never want to throw them away even when they are empty! The packaging is second to none, I always feel like I’m receiving a gift in the mail when they arrive! Customer for life!!!”

“I was skeptical at first but with the way my skin was I really had nothing to lose. I started out using half the recommended amount knowing how sensitive my skin is and after almost 3 months I couldn’t be happier. My scarring is a lot less noticeable and skin actually looks healthy. This isn’t an acne medication so it doesn’t promise to entirely alleviate breakouts, however, mine have become significantly smaller and don’t happen near as often. Plus, the customer service is wonderful! They love the product they sell and want their customers to feel the same way. I am so glad I stumbled upon this product and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Love this product i had cystic acne off and on for yrs I'm 60 yrs old and i have been using the serum for almost 2 months , but my acne disappeared in a week and no breakouts since I'm amazed i will never stop using this Product !❤”

“I cannot day enough about the to notch customer service. I received an email notifying me that my next delivery was scheduled however I still had product left. (This stuff goes a long way!) I hit reply to the email not sure if this would be the best approach but thought I’d try. I asked for another month for delivery due to lack of need certainly not lack of love for Saranghae. I received a reply right away and the person on the other end was very pleasant and greatly accommodating. Rescheduled my delivery asked if I had anything else and was very helpful. Another time I found this email replied again and again was met promptly and pleasantly my request was granted with ease. Besides the product being amazing the customer service makes me never want to stop purchasing. I’ve told so many friends about this product. Yes Saranghae is fantastic and could stand on its own as a life long product the customer service has very much solidified and made the deal”
