“I give it a 5 star for customer service!! So very helpful! I like the way the product feels and smells but have not seen any results so I am moving on to another product..fingers crossed their customer service is just as amazing!”

“After the first month, I didn’t notice too much, but after using for 3 months now, I have to say I love the way this system is making my skin feel. It’s smoother than it has been in a long time and my pores definitely look much smaller. I have fewer breakouts and just love it!! The customer service has been absolutely amazing. Sandra has answered my emails in such a timely manner and changed my shipping preferences immediately upon request. Couldn’t be happier with this skincare system. Thank you!!”

“I cannot believe the difference. Without the pictures I wouldn’t notice how dramatic in over 1 WEEK! My dark circles have always been a huge issue. Love love love. There is a little pink mark on my upper cheek that has been there a year and a half and it has started bothering me, it has diminished also. I was getting ready to go to dermatologist. I may wait now.”

“I recently had confusion with a shipment & charge. I sent an email to Customer Service & received an immediate response. Once the issue was reviewed & resolved, I received a full refund. The response was professional & kind. The service was amazing!!! I purchased this product for my daughter & she loved it!!”

“These products work well for me! I have had zero break outs of any kind since starting this regimen. I usually get one or two blemishes at least every time I try something new. I believe the products are high quality, the containers are stylish and the price point fits my budget. Additionally the customer service has been quick and courteous!”

“I think y’all need to put something on the page about not being able to access an online portal to change your orders. It’s ok you aren’t there yet- but i feel like you’re missing an opportunity to sell your customer service. I feel like you should push that you “call and talk to a helpful customer service rep right away” and really sell the yak to a human piece. A lot of these subscriptions get annoying bc you can’t remember your login or password and you could leverage that to say with y’all you’re just a phone call away. All just a thought :) love the products. Love the story. Have a great day!”

“I was very pleased to receive a very timely response from Karen Wilson. Karen made suggestions for me based on my product usage rate. The size of the products is very generous and I am finding that I have ample product at the end of 30 days while using the regimen as recommended. I love Saranghae and will continue the skin care.
