“Fulfillment takes about 5 business days but delivery is next business day which is slow and fast at the same time. The item in particular appears to be authentic-and it's a new season item currently for sale on official website with a 35% markup meaning i got it for less than I would directly on Celine.com. Overall a positive experience.”

“First time trying this website. Order was cancel due to “color not available “ even there were two available when I placed the order. Was offer to order alternative and was given a link, but the link doesn’t work at all! Felt unreliable and not being serious doing business.”

“I bought a bag on this site for the first time, and it turned out that the photo was incorrect. They offered me the option to either cancel or choose another bag. The only thing was that the other bag was a bit more expensive, but they agreed to exchange it without extra charges. Honestly, I was surprised and appreciated the gesture.
