The customer service is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. My order was right within this tariff turmoil, which took US customs 10 days to clear. I understand the delay in customs is not controllable by LOZURI but the whole journey from order confirmation to getting the order took 28 days in total (still took LOZURI 18 days to ship out my order) was beyond my understanding. But the order was well packaged and authentic.

response to return was prompt but I had to maintain follow-up to get updates on status. the 5% shipping/restocking fee is quite high, in my opinion. Not sure I will purchase anything else in future

The bag is beautiful but came with the incorrect colored strap. Disappointed that straps does not match the bag. I should have been informed about that

The sales process was straightforward. When I needed to make a return due to not being able to get it completed within the 7 day window because of a system issue on your cite, the representative I spoke to was very accommodating. She worked really hard to assist me with the situation and ultimately, I was able to make the return. However, I was charged a $39 restocking fee and after looking at the process, I could not find anywhere where it said a restocking fee would be assessed and neither did she tell me. I had no option, but to move forward because of the dollar amount of the purchase and it not working for me I needed to make the return. However, I will be very careful about purchases in the future because of the steep restocking fee I was obsessed in this situation.

The travel pouch that i ordered is not the size that i was expecting. It looks more like a card/coin wallet rather than a travel pouch.

UPDATE: CEO reached out and was able to resolve the issue for me after loads of emails between customer service. I received a full refund for the bag, I would hesitate to buy something again due to lack of trust because they require you to have a security band on the product when you return it but my product came without the secure band— but they did refund me fully for it. Although my experience was not the best, depending on how great the deal is, I might purchase with this store again!! (Also, the deal I had gotten was GREAT, just wish the bag was in new condition but that was not Lpzuri fault, but instead the fault of the store that sent it.) Ordered a loewe puzzle bag, it came with a foul odor and defects on the bag. There are marks and the leather is torn in one area. Sent pictures etc IMMEDIATELY after opening. They spent 5 days trying to get “QA” photos and then said if the bag doesn’t have a security tag they can’t take it. The bag came WITHOUT a security tag but that sure is a sneaky and easy way to ensure you do fraud with your customer. We are a week into this issue with no resolve. At this point in fine with even an exchange. I don’t WANT a $2500 bag with defects and a smell. It CAME WITHOUT A SECUOTRY TAG. How is that my fault?? Take your business to suit negozi or spinnaker. They’re WAY better.

There is no receipt or any kind of paper in the box. The shipping is so fast but the item seems to be cautiously packed... And the item is not a great conditioin.

Lozuri’s website is very easy to navigate. Purchasing is also quite convenient. The only downside is their return policy. The refund doesn’t take a lot of time but they deduct a lot from your refund lowkey forcing you to keep an item. They deduct the duties and taxes from your refund as well as a 5% service fee. Although they offer good prices MAKE SURE TO BE ABSOLUTELY sure before purchasing.

Lozuri has wonderful pieces, many of which are quite competitively priced internationally! My constructive feedback is that packaging was not great. My box containing a very nice handbag arrived a bit crushed and with internal wrapping minimal and nit well secured. Shipping also took quite a long time via DHL from Europe, more so than I usually encounter. Email communication was great, though..

Very good price, tariffs and taxes were included. But I didn't get the original box. I thought it's because a box would be only included with an official website purchase, but my order of the same brand from another buyer website came with a good one. Product seemed tried on many times before, a bit tired and all protective films were removed.

However, we're sorry to learn about your disappointment regarding the original box and the condition of the product. I loved the speed of the delivery. The purse is fine but doesn't suit my taste so I'm attempting to start a return. However, the return process is taking a very long time. I got an email saying they will "generate a return label" for me but it's been a week now and every time I ask about it, they say it will come soon. I've never had a company take so long to have me start the return process.

Hello Yoonja, thank you for taking time to write a review. Unfortunately, we're not sure which parts were hard about the return process. When we went back to check your ticket, I see that we were very prompt in replying and providing a return label quickly. We first asked what you would like for us to do once we receive the return (refund or exchange) and a refund was chosen. We then sent a confirmation that we sent the DHL return label along with a 3-day window. The package was dropped of the same day with DHL. There weren't any indications or messages that indicated you were having issues that we wish we could have helped with. We'd love to learn what was difficult as with our returns process as we're always looking to improve. Please feel free to reach out and let us know. Thank you!
