“Is this cardigan genuine Moncler ? I bought the exact same product at Bioomingdale's last December, but the black poly part of the cadigan you delievered this time is thin and has stripes, so I'm trying to find out if it's fake. Are you sure you're selling genuine products ? It's not that cheap, and I regret buying it online.”

“I saw a bag on Lozuri website but wasn't sure initially if i wanted to buy from an unknown website. Having hesitated for a couple of weeks, I finally decided to purchase this bag. To my surprise the bag was perfect, brand new and lived up to my expectations. Lozuri was very informative prior and after my purchase as to where the bag was and estimated time of delivered. For the UK the taxes are inclusive on the price which becomes hassle free. Thank you for your assistance given. I would not hesitate buying from them again in the near future.”

“Highly recommend, the whole experience was perfect and the team really care about their customers. My sunglasses were delayed a little and LOZURI reached out to me before I even realised the delay and resolved the issue immediately. “The customer service is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. My order was right within this tariff turmoil, which took US customs 10 days to clear. I understand the delay in customs is not controllable by LOZURI but the whole journey from order confirmation to getting the order took 28 days in total (still took LOZURI 18 days to ship out my order) was beyond my understanding. But the order was well packaged and authentic.”
