“Great experience with LOZURI! After a lot of comparable online searching, I found a new, authentic Saint Laurent bag at an even better price than the resale used item sites. The shipping process was seamless though DHL Express...they provided tracking, updates and a close window of time for the delivery which required a signature. Super happy with the bag and will definitely shop luxury items with LOZURI again in the future!”

“Excellent Store. The item priced reduced three days after I had made a purchase. Upon requesting price adjustment through their online contact form, the adjustment was done immediately. No questions asked. I really recommend the store and the sunglasses are 100 percent authentic Celines. Highly recommend Lozuri!”

“Honestly what a horrible company to work with. I placed an order and cancelled it within 10 minutes because I realized it would not get to me in time. I was told I had to pay a 25 cancellation fee. Never ever shopping here again”

“The bag I searched for online (due to the bag being sold out on the brand's main website) was available on Lozuri at a much more competitive price - I ordered the bag and it arrived within 7 days, well-tracked, nicely packaged.
