I’m impressed with how nicely my item is packaged. It’s wrapped with waterproof plastic/tape outside, and the box inside is in perfect condition with ribbons tied around. Thank you for making me feel special. 🥰

Bag took 3 weeks to arrive but understand with Christmas back log. Customer service was superb, they was the smallest mark on the bag that I would never have noticed and they brought it to my attention before sending and offer a small amount back.
