“I love my Fendi pouch! However, it had a small scratch on the frame of it. When I called to return I was offered money to keep it, but I opt to return. Annaly handled my return from beginning to end! My refund was processed in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate it. Because my return was handled with care I will be ordering again!”

“Awful. Will never use again. Paid $1k USD for a pair of sneakers 14-days later they are still not delivered. Zero customer service other than some BS automated text, sports there is no useable customer service whatsoever. i will be sending these sneaker back IF/WHEN they ever show & check the box (for return explanation): SPITE.”

“I was worried at first because I never used this place before. The belt I ordered was authentic but it was not the right size in width. I was looping for a 1.5” in width but it was 1”. I returned with no issue and reorder shoes I seen on the sight. Now, I am excited and waiting for those to arrive. Also, they arrive within one week even having had gone through customs. I was impressed.”

“I’m impressed with Lozuri so far! I ordered a bag and it was quickly shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I had tried shopping a competitor site that before finding Lozuri and the experience wasn’t pleasant. With the other site, after 3 weeks of waiting for any communication on my order, I was notified my item was out of stock and got a refund. But Lozuri kept me updated and again, shipping was fast with notifications. I think I’ll shop exclusively with them going forward.”
