The described issue with the item being wet is highly unusual and had occurred during transit with our courier partner, DHL. We certainly do not send wet products. 2) Communication: At no point did we consider the situation to be anything less than serious. This process also allows us to to improve our process from the top down for major incidents, especially involving courier partners. 4) Ongoing Communication: We strive to maintain clear and continuous communication with our customers, especially when resolving issues. We're sorry if this was not your experience. I would have given it five stars, but I didn’t do it because I had to place the same order three times. Customer service told me it was an issue with the system..customer service was great, shut out for Annaly Baydo she helped me till the end. Once everything sorted out they shipped out my purse. Shipping was very fast…my purse was beautiful the same way I saw it online…

Fast shipping, good communication, kept me updated on shipping progress from start to finish. I only wish that I could have stacked my points along with the discount code that I used. As it is, I could only use one or the other, I really think that prestige members (we're repeat customers after all) should be allowed to use points towards purchase in addition to any available discount code. Duties are also added on top of the purchase price, my previous purchase had duties included, so it's something to consider. Nevertheless even with duties the price was fair, so good experience overall.

Lozuri’s website is very easy to navigate. Purchasing is also quite convenient. The only downside is their return policy. The refund doesn’t take a lot of time but they deduct a lot from your refund lowkey forcing you to keep an item. They deduct the duties and taxes from your refund as well as a 5% service fee. Although they offer good prices MAKE SURE TO BE ABSOLUTELY sure before purchasing.
