“Lozuri had saved my disappointment when the Burberry bag I wanted to order was no longer available from Burberry online and stores, or even from Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus or Saks Fifth Avenue. Little did I know, there are third party vendors that sells the Burberry Small Clip B Messenger Black Bag I have been pondering. I have never ordered designer items from a third-party vendor, and was hesitant to order from any of the listed online merchants. However, after researching each merchants’ background, credibility, reputation and authenticity of the items they sell, I selected to give it a shot and ordered the bag from Lozuri. Additionally, being accredited with Better Business Bureau, with a BBB rating of A- is an added protection for consumer that Lozuri is an ethical and vetted company. Lozuri’s customer service is exceptional. They are prompt and cordial to deal with, leaving nothing behind with all of the buyer’s enquiries and other issues. So far, my experience with Lozuri has been amazing. The only drawback I have is the stiff duties and taxes the buyer has to pay, which in my case is approximately 19% of the item cost. This somehow negates part of the savings Lozuri offers. Nevertheless, chances of me ordering again in the future from Lozuri is probable.”

“Fantastic customer service, the designer bag i purchased is absolutely beautiful and it was brand new for a fraction of the price. My only complain is that I wish it came in signature designer packaging rather than the miscellaneous box it came with plastic air bag stuffing it came in.”

“Very happy with my order overall. It arrived in perfect condition. Be prepared to wait for potentially up to a couple weeks though (maybe more So far I’ve only made one order, so this is my only frame of reference). My order took exactly 13 days to arrive, which doesn’t bother me personally, but just be aware and have patience. It was sitting at “ready to ship” for seven days for some unknown reason before finally getting picked up literally the day before arriving on my doorstep. So, I really should have received it in about 6 days if not for the unexplained delay. Other than that, everything was perfect.”

“It was my first order with LOZURI. I purchased YSL credit card and cash holder. Price was cheaper than the YSL store in the mall. I was skeptical about the item authenticity but when I received the item I was very happy. I gave 4 star rating cuz the whole process took longer than what the web site say. Expect 3 to 4 weeks before the item arrives.”

“I really liked the site and customer service, but am frustrated by the size chart helper. I put in my size in Nike as an 8 and it told me my size was a 39, which they were too big and now sold out of correct size. Now I have to pay a restock fee, but I was just going off of the size calculator on site, so a little frustrated.”
