We assure you that we take great care in packaging and sending our products. The described issue with the item being wet is highly unusual and had occurred during transit with our courier partner, DHL. We are actively investigating this with them to prevent such incidents in the future. We certainly do not send wet products. 2) Communication: At no point did we consider the situation to be anything less than serious. We've reviewed the chat logs to confirm such. 3) Customer Service: Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, and in situations that require special attention or escalation, it's not uncommon for senior members, including Rob, to step in and assist. This process also allows us to to improve our process from the top down for major incidents, especially involving courier partners. 4) Ongoing Communication: We strive to maintain clear and continuous communication with our customers, especially when resolving issues. We're sorry if this was not your experience. In extreme circumstances, some returns can be delayed in processing times due to investigations that take place by 3rd parties. 5) Resolution Process: Based on our correspondence from you, we understood in your email that a refund would be more appropriate. 6) Reputation and Trust: We're proud of the positive feedback we've received from hundreds of satisfied customers, which reflects our commitment to quality and service. I would have given it five stars, but I didn’t do it because I had to place the same order three times. Customer service told me it was an issue with the system..customer service was great, shut out for Annaly Baydo she helped me till the end. Once everything sorted out they shipped out my purse. Shipping was very fast…my purse was beautiful the same way I saw it online…

This was the first time I used Lozuri. I ordered two designer bags, and both came in perfect condition and were authentic. The shipping was a little slower than I’d like, but otherwise it was a positive experience. I would order from this company again, next time preparing to wait a bit.

My package arrived on time but I was disappointed by the way the item was packed (especially for the cost of the item). It was only packed in a dust bag with no additional protection. If the box got damaged during transport, the item would’ve been damaged as well. I would purchase from Lozuri again but I would hope that they would improve the unboxing experience!

I purchased a purse from Lozuri, but my overall experience has left me hesitant to shop there again. The delivery of the bag was delayed, and upon receiving it, I realized it was much larger than expected. When I decided to return it, I encountered challenges with their return policy. The process involves requesting a return label via email, which can be time-consuming. In my case, they expedited the label due to a family emergency that required me to leave town urgently. However, the overall lack of an easy and seamless process, coupled with delayed customer service responses, makes me inclined to explore other shopping options in the future. Update: Lozuri was extremely helpful when expediting the label and also processing my refund. I had a family emergency and the lady who handled my chat sent me a label the same day! I will say that they expedited my payment quickly and even sent me a copy of the confirmation!!

Love my Valentino bag. I was expecting it to be in a Valentino Box but it was just packaged inside a dust bag. That was kind of disappointing. It came with all of the tags.

I like the product. First I really not sure about this website but after I had conversations for a couple time on phone. Make me had a confidence to order it. Plus it was ship from the same store as another trustworthy website. That make me quite sure this is authentic bag. Only one complained is the store was pack my bag wasn't professional. How do I know it ship from the same store? Because another website it show me where its ship from... thanks again

An outstanding high-end product available at a good discount. The only area for improvement is quicker notification of shipping (and quicker actual shipping, though I ordered between Christmas and New Year, so some holiday delays are to be expected and understood), as it took several days to receive confirmation that the product was actually shipping.

Very surprised. Had low expectations. But I bought a bag. Appeared legit. Slow-ish delivery but that’s ok. Save a few $$. Got a dust bag. No box. I’d use Lozuri again.

Lozuri website was suggested by lyst app and I managed to check to find a decent variety of items on the website which was amazing. The website was accessible and user friendly. The only feedback noted was that the delivery timing was slightly extended between the time I placed my order and the time I received the tracking info for which I had to send an email to follow up on the tracking. But the customer service were upfront on the case to solve the problem. Wish to continue dealing with LOZURI. Best wishes, Sam

I got two items on Lozuri, and I was really satisfied with my purchase! I am giving 4 stars though as reaching out to customer service took quite some time, I have initiated a return as of 10/25 and have not heard back yet!
