“I can't say enough. Have had a challenging time with a couple of the older sites out there with product like this. I decided to take another chance on an item as a gift and the process went above and beyond. Live people who answered my questions (thank you for dealing with me)...gave me good advice...and then product arrived a few days earlier than expected. Seamless service...will order again.”

“I absolutely love my new YSL bag! Being super indecisive and a designer bag newbie, I liked that I could browse all the different brands in one place. Lozuri has a really impressive selection. (I'm embarrassed to say how long I spent searching for the perfect bag.) Shipping was quick and the bag was packaged nicely with all the brand tags in place. Excited to keep checking back for new inventory!”

“I was hesitant to try this new business that I haven't heard of before that was offering such a good discount but I researched them online they seemed legit and so I ordered a pair of sneakers. After a week I requested my tracking info and within a day customer service rep responded with the news that my item was not found in the warehouse, she gave me the option to choose another similar pair that were more expensive but would honor my original cost. They came within a week via DHL and am pleased with the purchase. A slightly understandable snafu which they rectified. I would use them again and highly recommend them.”

“I was skeptical to purchase from this website because I'd never heard of them and wasn't sure they were reputable. I purchased a Tom Ford clutch I'd been eyeing for over a year and got it for a great price! The shipping was fast (8 days total from date of order) and the bag is beautiful :)”

“I ordered a handbag from the site and the bag came in very good condition. The bag cane within a week after it’s shipped. Would 100% recommend people go shop from lozuri!”
