I was hesitant to try this new business that I haven't heard of before that was offering such a good discount but I researched them online they seemed legit and so I ordered a pair of sneakers. After a week I requested my tracking info and within a day customer service rep responded with the news that my item was not found in the warehouse, she gave me the option to choose another similar pair that were more expensive but would honor my original cost. They came within a week via DHL and am pleased with the purchase. A slightly understandable snafu which they rectified. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
