“great service. customer service is awlays great. def. could use better sale prices but good products. will continues to shop more. also, should have free return with back to origial payment. also, there should be option to hide sold out iteams and size filter. overall, good experience. thanks”

“Bag took 3 weeks to arrive but understand with Christmas back log. Customer service was superb, they was the smallest mark on the bag that I would never have noticed and they brought it to my attention before sending and offer a small amount back.”

“My first purchase with Lozuri and I was skeptical because I got such a great deal but when the bag arrived I was so happy. It's stunning and was wrapped with care. Their customer service team was very responsive and helped me deal with longer delivery times due to holidays in Spain. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely buy from them again the future. Thank you!”
