Hello Kasim, Sorry to hear about your experience with LOZURI. Upon looking at your order, it was delivered on 8/14 and we received a return request on 8/27 which is outside of our return window. We are constantly working on improving our returns process but the time period that had lapsed was beyond what the supplier would allow an exchange for. “I like this shop online, because its lower price that i thought for any branded items and you can see any kind of style that you like. And i you can pay monthly basis too. “I was very hesistant on ordering froma third party vendor, especially one that I havent heard of, nor had much reviews on social media. However, with the great price and great customer service, I took a chance on purchasing a FENDI handbag for my girlfriend. The handbag came just as discribed, with all the original tags (minus orginal box and bag). I would recommend this website to other.”

“This was my first time shopping at Lozuri. We live in a world saturated by many forms of fraud, thus I am very cautious about at where I make purchases. It was nerve wrecking on my end to purchase two fairly expensive items from the store that I have not heard of to say the least.
