“Return policy of 10 days after receiving they wouldn't provide me with the label before 6 days after the return and gave me issue”

“I have bought a few things from Lozuri. They have a great selection with competitive prices. I wish they had more in depth descriptions and pictures on some of the items and had an easier return process. But overall I would recommend this site.”

“I really liked the site and customer service, but am frustrated by the size chart helper. I put in my size in Nike as an 8 and it told me my size was a 39, which they were too big and now sold out of correct size. Now I have to pay a restock fee, but I was just going off of the size calculator on site, so a little frustrated.”

However, these charts and size conversions are not always accurate across all brands and shoe models. We do offer a tool, TrueFit, on most products with fitment to help ensure a better fitment. “Deliveries a sent with signature request and I am working at the time of deliveries. I requested to remove the signature requirement, as there is a doorman that receives it but this request was denied”

Our policy to include a signature upon delivery is in place to ensure the protection and security of your valuable items, preventing any potential loss or fraud. However, we do recognize the challenge this can present when you are not available to personally receive the package. Please note that your doorman is able to sign for the package on your behalf, which can facilitate the delivery process. Additionally, you have the option to contact DHL directly to arrange for your item to be held at a nearby location for pickup at your convenience, simply by presenting your ID. “I purchased a Loewe raffia bag from Lozuri and I was really impressed with the cost savings versus buying this bag from the boutique in the U.S. The process was easy, the shipping was super fast and arrived a day early. While it didn’t come in a branded box, it had the tags and dust bag and was in new condition. I had the same bag from the boutique to compare to ensure it was authentic and it was - I even preferred the color of the one I received from Lozuri because it was a slightly brighter pink raffia.”
