“Lozuri sent me a defective Chloe bag. They would not allow me to return the bag - for either an exchange or a refund - because the paper tag was removed. The defect was a stuck draw string cord and I didn't notice it initially. I won't purchase any items from this company again; it's not worth the risk of getting a defective product that you are unable to return.”

“I am a long time member of another popular online boutique shop. I had to order from LOZURI because the Fendi bag I wanted was unavailable except this place. I was not expecting much in the beginning and was even doubtful about this place being ready to return if anything comes up, but after receiving the bag I was pleasantly surprised. Not only the price was cheaper but the ordering process was very user-friendly, and my bag arrived on time without an issue. I am very glad to find LOZURI, and will definitely use it again in the future.”
