“I have owned a Liminox Navy Seal for maybe 20 years. Other than a softer crystal, the watch is still perfect. I recently purchased a Pacific Diver Ripple (black face), and the quality is superb. The watch is beautiful, and you can see the quality. With the saffire crystal, it should last a very long time. The band is really great looking, and you can just feel and see the craftsmanship. They shipped very promptly as well.”

I've been wearing a smart watch that's fine, but I don't need all of that functionality on my wrist when I've got it on my phone in my pocket. If you need an accurate, dependable watch that you can read the dial while in the pitch black, Luminox can't be beat. The Bear Grylls Master Series also has a stopwatch that comes in useful for my work.”
“I have had 2 Luminox watches in the past. The recent purchase is the third. My last watch was a problem, so I hope this one is better. My concern is not with the watches, but with your customer service. You are not very flexible when it comes to serving the customer. I would give you a D grade. I recently purchased an Atacama Field watch that came with a rubber strap and then an extra fabric strap in the kit. I don't like rubber because it does not breathe and is not comfortable and the fabric strap I would never use. So, I got online and purchased a leather one and it is fine. Since I never used the two straps that came with the watch, I wanted to return them to you at my expense and just reimburse me for the leather strap that I bought. After reaching out to you, I was told that because those straps were "kitted", it was not possible for a credit. In my view, you could have used these unused straps for another order and reimbursed me for my leather strap. This is poor customer service. You need to be more flexible.”

The reason I give this a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because the skunk works logo on the face is advertised to also light up in the dark however it does not. The rest of the hands/numbers light up perfectly but the skunk unfortunately does not..”
