“I was so excited to purchase a watch from Luminox, in your 35th year. This has special meaning to me as I joined the Army and was a Special Ops soldier. When I got my watch I messed up the cutting of the band and wanted to buy another one. Your customer service department is terrible. Y’all talk a big game and how military and Vet friendly you are. It was such a terrible experience. I was so excited to get one, and yet so terribly disappointed to deal with your customer service with no urgency or effort to help. So sad to see the company who I thought was so Military friendly, is just a facade to sell watches. Very disappointing. Brian Washnock”
“My watch arrived promptly, packaging was good. The only issue I have is there was no paperwork with the watch. Usually there is some sort of manual/warranty information card.”
“This is my third luminox watch. They are amazing watches. I prefer the quartz as they keep perfect time. You may ask why purchase another? I still have my last work watch in my drawer and use it occasionally. It is a bit beat up but it keeps perfect time. The night brightness has dimmed but other than that it is a great watch. The new one has the green face and it is quite handsome. I joke that one could drop a Luminox quartz watch off the Empire State Building, run over it with an Army tank and it will still be running.”

“Very nice watch. A little pricey for a basic watch, but I'm sure you're paying for the tritium light sources. Which work well after dark. I actually would prefer them to be a little brighter for "low light" situations, but they do work and as far as I know no other watch manufacturer uses this same technology. It's a nice watch. I also would prefer the face to be a little larger. As I get older, larger and more bold watch faces are more appealing to me. I should also state I have large wrists and arms, so unless the watch has a very large case and face, it looks a little small on my arm. It appears to keep time very accurately, which after all should be the case with any time piece. If you want a watch with a nice tactical appearance and glow in the dark technology, this is your item.”
