After receiving the watch, I wore it for a week straight getting comfortable with the field. the line is not as bright as I had anticipated based on the photos in the advertisements however, it is bright enough and is a really great feature. I would consider purchasing more Luminox watches in the future.”

“I purchased my Luminox watch after several months of research and consideration. The watch itself is fantastic and I absolutely love it. The 3 star vs. 5 star is due to service...I am frustrated that after I purchased the watch, I got a 10% off certificate 'good for the first purchase of a Luminox watch' which I had already purchased...I then contact service immediately requesting to have that applied to my purchase which I never heard back from. Service is important and they did not do well there.”
“Love the watch. Horrible service. I purchased a watch. After about a week, I reached out to Luminox because there was no shipping progress. I had to email multiple times before being told to place a claim that the watch was lost. I paid over $400 to have to place a claim for a watch I have not seen. I feel that Luminox should place the claim and inform us of progress. At the end of the day, I want the watch I purchased. I don’t know when I’ll get it or how long it will take for them to refund my money.”
“I have ordered several watches in the past year. It is impossioble to order new bands becuase theya re always on back order. some of the watches I ordered the bands are two tight and hurt becuase they are to hard. You cannot pick up the phone and call anyone. Everything is through email. I hate not being able to talk to a real live person.”
“I love these watches. This one however has a short wristband. I don't have overly large wrists but this just barely gets to the last notch. I've had to buy an off-brand watchband in order to wear it. I have several Luminox watches all of which have ample band length. I'm not sure why, but I hope it is not to cut costs on materials.”
“Recently purchased the newly introduced desert field watch. I changed out the diver band to the desert colored band. I have two other Luminox watches with the rubber watch bands so this gives me choices. All 3 of my Luminox watches, including my original Navy Seals watch purchased many years ago when they were first marketed, perform flawlessly. They look great and I wear them during outdoor activities or overseas when my Rolex is sitting home safely. Great value.”
