Love the watch. Horrible service. I purchased a watch. After about a week, I reached out to Luminox because there was no shipping progress. I had to email multiple times before being told to place a claim that the watch was lost. I paid over $400 to have to place a claim for a watch I have not seen. I feel that Luminox should place the claim and inform us of progress. At the end of the day, I want the watch I purchased. I don’t know when I’ll get it or how long it will take for them to refund my money.
