“Not a very easy site to use for customer service. Concerns were brought up regarding shipping safety for an order and customer service’s response essentially said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I don’t believe the answer is due to not being able to change anything, simply choosing not to. Basically every question I asked or concern I raised was met with “unfortunately…” meaning, again, Luminox is choosing to do nothing when doing the bare minimum would even be happily met by me.”
“I find Luminox Watches dependable and accurate. The watches are rugged and durable whether they are worn in the office or outdoors. The watch in honor of the Navy Seals Foundation is a superb watch. The Mil-Spec watch is another excellent watch for any occasion and suitable for many different environments.”
“Bought as a gift and did not receive a ship date for almost a week after purchase. Could not talk to anyone and the text response was not helpful. Emails were not answered and after i was about to cancel purchase, six days after, i received a response the two watches were on their way. Not idea customer service.”

“I’ve had my 3501BO for about 6 years purchased directly from the Luminox website. It arrived with a loose bezel that rotates much easier than it should so I’m constantly having to readjust it. The strap lasted a while but eventually the strap keepers came apart and I had to purchase a new band. My model has a mineral crystal and it scratches fairly easy, I’d suggest getting a model with a sapphire crystal if you can. The tritium illumination is pretty good and very easy to see at night. All in all it’s not a bad watch, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the asking price”
“Overall I like the watch, my one issue with it is the loose bezel. It is far to loose to be used as intended.
Based on the initial quality, I doubt I will purchase another Luminox.”
“I ordered a replacement rubber watch band after scraping for information from the website. I did not receive an acknowledgement or any advice about shipping status. After 4 weeks, I reached out to customer support and received a note saying I'd recieve the order in an expedited shipment within a few days. About 10 days later, I received a note from the shipper about when the order would be delivered. I'd rate this process terrible as compared to the industry standards. Poor and incomplete communication and extremely slow delivery. While I was waiting, I ordered a no name brand band from Amazon and it was delivered in 2-days. Such a shame for such a great brand.”
“First let me say that I have multiple Luminox watches and have worn them through a 35 year law enforcement career. Never an issue with my watches and find them to be pretty tough and durable. My last purchase I had a slight issue with the band and customer service was awesome. Unfortunately I can not remember the gentleman's name that helped me. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the issue, replacing the whole watch. The replacement watch had no issues. Personable and knowledgeable service reps and just a good all around , tough watch!”

“I really enjoy the Atacama Field 43mm. It’s great, the Carbonix case is a polymer though, not carbon steel as I thought it was, and the clasp is polymer as well. I feel at the price point it should be all steel and not polymer but it is very well made in my couple of weeks owning it.”
“Didn't like the fact that I was told that pins would be with the band and when it arrived they was not in there and I reached out to yall and the answer I got was no pins come with it .really I'm not happy with that answer 😕 especially since I was told they would be in there”
